      Order car mats from advertisement. Read many 1 star reviews and asked for order to be canceled. They instead rushed the shipping they said would take 3-5 days so they didnt have to cancel orders. Every review site. People complain about returning and say they have to ship to *****. High shipping cost. Only offered 50% Not a USA based company.

      I placed an order then found out it was coming from ***** and would not be delivered till April. Started doing some investigating and found the address on the website also has 250 other business with same address. asked for a refund but was told it was past their policy deadline to give refunds. it was only 2 days since I placed the order. If it is coming from ***** and won't be here till April they should be able to cancel the order and give a refund if it is a ligit company. I believe this is a scam. Why would they have the same address as 250 other business's?

      I order car mats for two different vehicles. They came folded in a 12 square stuffed into a plastic grey bag. When we opened it it was severely creased and the material is not the same material advertised in their sell video. It is very cheap and faded. Its not even black, its a dark grey. I contacted them because I wanted to return them and they will not give me a return unless its damaged which the creases to me are damaged because they had them crammed into a small bag. They offered a 15% discount on future purchases, but no refund. I spent almost 300 dollars for both mat sets. I am completely dissatisfied and are beyond furious for the poor customer service I just want to give them back their items and get my hard earned money back. Please help

      On 22 April 2024, I purchased vehicle floor mats for $169.00, from the named company, through their website, usaseatcover.com. Upon receiving their product and attempting to install them in my vehicle, I determined that they do not fit properly due to vehicle manufacturer floor pegs, which USASEATCOVER did not account for in its design of the specified products. I immediately attempted to contact the company by their customer support phone number(s), ********************** company phone number, **************, the first being always a busy signal, the second a constant ring no one answers. I also send multiple messages through the online customer support message system with no responses. I even used their customer support email, *********************************** also with no responses. Because no product receipt was included in the package, I could not send it back according to their online instructions and I have well surpassed their time-limit for returns. But because of them failing to provide the customer receipt with tge package, I only have my bank statement which proves the purchase. They refuse to respond to any correspondence and/or their customer support is completely non-existent, I cannot resolve this issue for a return and full refund. Please assist me with this fraudulent company taking advantage of U.S. citizens. Thank you.

      Bought car mats for my store that is advertised to be cut and made for my model and year of vehicle. The matts came in balled up and stretch and damage. I report it and the just kept trying to scam. Got pricing for return and it is 100 to 500 to ship while the cost is 174 for the mats. The cost to return is outages and when there is a US address that it can be sent to rather then oversea. Upload pic of what I hot and what they advertise

I contacted the vendor to inform them that I did not like what was purchased because it did not look like what was advertised on ********* I have requested a refund several times. There were no disclaimers listed on the ******** page. I have included my email correspondences.

      Advertisement states custom mat fitted for your car. Ad shows installation as easy and fitted nicely. After complaining about the gaps and sags in fitted floor mat they refuse to return or refund my money. They offered $10 of the original price of $110. They then told me their ad shows a different product as to what I ordered so I followed their link and found that after clicking order now it ask for car make model and year then sends you to a different product?? A bait and switch??

      Date of purchase 5/1/2024. Order #*******UC for car mats. I ordered car **** from this company and listed our vehicle exactly. Upon receipt of the mats the product I purchased did not fit. There was no statement saying the product could not be returned in the cart when purchasing or that I agreed to any policy. After contacting the company regarding this issue I sent pictures which they requested and they came back and only offered to pay a 10% refund which amounts to $16 for a $160 purchase. They also offered a 10% discount on another purchase, which I would never consider if they don't back their product in the first place. They said I could keep the mats but I don't want them. This was not a slight difference, it was a major difference in the fit, basically unusable. This company seems to operate under several names. The product was shipped from ***** which I could see on the tracking info yet they present their company as ***. The mats were not specially made for my vehicle, they were generic mats. If a company sends a product that is not right why should I accept that? I feel they are scamming me by selling a product that should fit but doesn't and they are not offering a full refund/return. They don't want them back I would assume because of the shipping involved since they came from *****.

      Product delivered on April 29, 2024 Paid via Paypal: $169.00 Based on their advertising on a pop-up ad, and also on their website, I expected a set of Premium floor mats for my 2014 Toyoya RAV4 The dispute is what I did receive, which was NOT a premium set of floor mats.In my opinion, the company has NOT tried to resolve the dispute. The only offer they made was a 20% discount on my NEXT purchase. Other than that, even though they did admit a discrepancy on their website, they ofered their apology that I was misunderstanding what my order was.Tracking #: ************************** Order #*******UC item: US ***** 2024 Heavy Duty, Universal Fit Floor Mats for Cars, SUVs, and Truck pictures:The ones with the green floor mats are screen shots of a video from their website.The pic with black floormats are what I got.
