      I contacted Synergy Roofing to repair my roof and gutters, I also had interior damage in the mater Bedroom with leaking water from Storms last summer. Nationwide approved all of the repairs. Synergy did the roof and gutters but to date the interior work has not been started. The dry wall company came out on January 29th to see what repairs needed to be completed. They reviewed the damage and said they would get back to me. Ive called Synergy Roofing several times and have left messages but have not received any calls back. As mentioned below They were pd $22,565.52 this was for all repairs not just the roof. Id like for this project to be completed or for Synergy to refund me the amount for the interior damage which was approx $2800.00

      Synergy Roofing has NOT been paid any proceeds towards the interior work.  Your insurance company has agreed the work needs to be completed but has yet to approve our estimate.  We have only been paid for the roof and a portion of the gutters. We still haven't been paid for our  items or the permits that were submitted.  I have attached the document for the line items that we have collected that you signed stating was completed.  None of those line items are interior work.  We are trying to work with your insurance company but the delay is on their end.  You are welcome to shop for competing bids that *** be able to complete the work for the amount the insurance company is offering.  

       

      If you recall, we use a 3rd party company to hold in trust all funds until the work is completed and you sign off agreeing to the completion and your satisfaction. You can reach out to them at any time to request the funds for the work remaining,  as we do not hold on to those funds. In the meantime, we are still awaiting your insurance company to process our supplement.

      I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate the response, However as your customer how am I supposed to know what's going on when calls made to your company go unanswered ?  This could have been avoided had someone returned my calls. I understand as a business owner you are busy but a quick return call or even a text takes a just a few seconds of your time. Couple of questions for you. 1. So what are the next steps ? or do I just sit and wait and hope that someday I might get a call ? 2. What happens in the event that the insurance company denies further funds for the gutters , permits, and Interior work? 3. Does the roof need to be inspected since that work is completed ?

      I spoke with *****, your project manager, who has shown me that he has not received any phone calls from you regarding this matter. Please reach out to him. If your insurance company does not respond with paying for the items that they jave left off of the initial scope of repairs, we will ask for your help by having you reach out to them. We, by law, cannot discuss your policy with them. We would need your help to do so. At this point we have yet to get a response from them. If you would like to expedite this matter, please call your insurance company and tell them that their process has exceeded the amount of time that would be considered reasonable. Also, please reach out to *****. He has always been excellent at communicating with his clients if they reach out to him! As the owner of the company, I rely on the project managers to field their clients calls as I have never met you, nor have I been to your house or understand all of your needs. ***** has, and is always willing to help! **********

      I Spoke to The  representative at Solar Roofing, and based on this conversation and the response from below everything has been resolved and there are no more issues. Please remove the compliant from the businesses file.

      I’ve requested from mr **** of synergy roofing and solar to provide a materials receipt for a roof job they’ve completed on my home. Most recently on 9/13/21 mr **** told myself the materials receipt would be brought on 9/20/21 the date of the final inspection. At that inspection the representative of synergy roofing and solar did not have this materials receipt. It’s now been a week past the inspection date. And the materials receipt has still not been provided. I’m requesting again a copy of this materials receipt. I am requesting this be mailed to the address the work was completed.

      The receipt for the total balance paid for material and labor was provided the day we completed repairs. This was a receipt for $7,000.00. We do not provide material receipts as that would have internal pricing with our vendors associated with it. Mr. ******* didn't purchase materials from a vendor. He purchased them from us after the roof was installed. We have a confidentiality agreement with our vendors enabling us to discuss pricing with 3rd parties.

      The receipt was sent certified mail. Someone would have to be home to sign for it. There was an attempt already and we received notice that it was undeliverable. I would imagine it would get there anytime this week if the postal service makes contact. We could also email you a copy if you would prefer. Let us know how you would like us to proceed.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. But I do want notes for the record that this receipt wasn’t mailed until 10/13/21 as shown by the tracking information. I have received the receipt in the mail as of today on the first delivery attempt. Thank you for all the help BBB I feel as though I may not have gotten this without the help!
