      Paid the company ****** our of ****** in September to work on car.Was told all parts were in on Nov 23rd and set up date of Dec 13th to bring it in Was told work would take 7 days Received a text several weeks later that parts were not all in after being told they were.Still do not have car but plenty of excuses as of today 2/3/2022 has been 53 days

      Regarding Mr. ********** complaint, it is very unfortunate that we are at this point.  We thought we had all the components to swap out his engine within the original 7 days.

      Unfortunately, we did not. Our supplier had some part shortages that ended up taking longer than what they had told me and came in weeks later.  ********************** was kept in touch with the situation.

      We even sent him tracking numbers for the shipment of the parts.  He stated that he was without a vehicle, I offered him the use of our shop Jeep while we were waiting for parts on January 5th. He declined. He thinks I'm using that as an exuse as to not get him his vehicle back, which is not true. Just trying to ease the frustration of him not having his vehicle.

      We finally got the parts for the exhaust and started back on the project and found that the supplier had shipped the incorrect harness. ********************** was notified and the supplier sent us a picture of the box and tracking number.

      The parts was supposed to be delivered the next day but now the tracking system is showing that it's delay'd ****** Tracking #  **** *********). I've called and emailed our supplier to get more information but I have not received a call or email back from them at this time.  

      We are doing everything in our power to get Mr. ********** vehicle back to him as quickly as possible.

      He has asked for a date on when his vehicle will be completed and at this time I can't give him a date until I know when I'll have the part in hand.

      Once we have the part in hand I'll have my tech's working on it till it's completed.

      I'll continue to keep ********************** in the loop of where the part is and a timeline on when we can get his vehicle finished and back to him.
