They are committing fraud against their customers and have been for years by adding to their wedding invoices an additional 12% environmental fee that does not go to any environment organization and that they pocket themselves. That is the owners themselves.Business response

Hello!
Sorry for the delay in responding. We already have spent a significant time dealing with this frivolous complaint with Colorado ******************* and Employment - ******************************************. Instead of repeating all of that information and communication, we waited for the determination from them and have attached that determination to this communication.
The Colorado ****************************************** (Division) , after reviewing the available documentation and evidence, found no violation of Colorado wage and hour statutes and regulations, based on the allegations investigated. Therefore, the employer does not owe wages to the claimant under Colorado wage and hour statutes and regulations.
