The owner ****** talks down on employee's. Very rude to work for .. they took over contract for city of ******** in 7/15/22 . I previously work for Carnation building services for 4 yrs prior to them taking over .. I work 2 part time position night **************************** ****** my hours were 4 am - 12 pm . Never did I ever have a problem. Until this company took over . I was told that raises were given yearly . Never received a raise . My supervisor ***** had quite 2 months prior to my separation from this company . ****** came on 6/14/24 n proceeded to say we need to become a team , to which I told her we having been trying to become a team for the last 2 yrs with her company. She replied to me saying your not going to talk to me that way .. n then handed me a scope that was promised I would have in the weeks to come prior to me be hired .. then I said oh the scope I was promised 2 yrs ago . After that she started questioning my glass not being cleared ,to which I replied I haven't got up there yet .. n she turned to me a said Those are a bunch of *********** won't tolerate it .. So then I handed her the scope n told her you will not talk to that way . You can take your job and shove it .. I was never paid for my sick time or my PTO that I accumulated while I was a full-time employee and August 2023 I was dropped down to part-time with the only explanation was City of ******** would not pay for a full-time day ******. I then told them I wasn't a full-time day ****** I was a part-time night cleaner and a part-time day ****** . I had so many issues with night cleaners not cleaning what they we're hired to do ... They don't provide good customer service the teams that they put together last maybe a month with the company and then they're trying to train somebody else this company really needs to be looked into ... I don't see how they're still in business
