            My husband and I own a house in ******** that we rent out. We contracted with Cooper Heating and Cooling to complete a regular HVAC service on our equipment. With that, we specifically stressed that all decisions, signatures, etc. should be by my husband and me, and NOT our tenant. We went over this in explicit detail to ensure those instructions were clear. After the service visit, we found out the technician had allowed our tenant to sign off on work and they had completed additional inspection work at our tenants request. We'd stress here that both of those actions are also illegal. We asked to speak with a manager, and it was over a week before got a reply. Even then, the response was essentially "oh, well. the person who answered the phone didn't relay that". Our tenant now wants additional work done from an inspection we never requested or authorized. We would like a formal apology and a refund.

            Exceptional service by ******************************* checking our AC system and getting it back ready for the upcoming season. Called in advance, came on time, explained the tests he performed, cleaned the areas where he worked. Double checked system performance before he left. A very courteous gentleman who we would like coming to our home every year. ***********************
