      I recived emails from The Feed for a while now. Ive gone through the Unsubcribing system literally 52 times. Ive sent a few emails expressing my displeasure with the system to the support staff, and I was assured that I was manually removed from the emailing list. That was around june 1-2 2024. Im still getting emails 25 days later. What is the point of an unsubscribe button if it doesnt work, and whats the point of a support staff if they dont help you, and lie to you.

      On June 17th, I put in an order of athlete nutrition and was charged $94.17. After a week, I noticed I hadn't received the order that I was supposed to get in 5 days. I checked the status and noticed it hadn't shipped yet so I contacted the company on June 25th to find out what happened the order and what the status was. I got no response. There was also a phone number where I could "text" to find out the status, so I sent a text message on June 25th and got no response. I sent another email and text on June 26th in the morning but still have not received a response.

      I placed an order with The Feed, paid and awaited shipping. After weeks of not getting any shipping confirmation, I attempted to reach out to customer support. The online chat is not working, the phone number says to text or email, and no text or email response has been received. Tried to email again and still no response. Still getting marketing emails and social media advertisements but nothing from customer service.

      On January 4th and April 23rd I received $15 store credits each, that were earned through a Strava promotion. These credits last for 60 days, so I placed an order to use $30 of credit. I placed an order on May 23, 2024 for Order #******* which was for 2 items: Real Foods Gel Tryout Pack (6 gels) priced at $16.99, and Gels-Ultimate Tryout Pack (9 gels) priced at $23.79. With tax and shipping my order total was $48.73. The $30 credits were applied; however, my credit card was charged for the full $48.73 amount. Despite this, the items still have not been fulfilled or shipped. I still have not received the goods that were paid for, and the amount charged should have been $30 less than they were. I tried reaching out, the phone line is not active, and so I emailed. The support tried to place a new order, but that order also has not been fulfilled or shipped. I have followed up numerous times, with only automated emails back thanking me for my patience, but no resolve.

      i have not ordered any products from this company but was about to. since abandoning my cart i have been harassed with lots if emails with links to unsubscribe. ive done that multiple times and keep getting spammed. *** reached out to the company several times asking to be removed from their system and to opt out of any future comms. still getting emails over 6mo later.

      Multiple complaints, bad reviews everywhere , they do not give a **** about spamming people NON STOP and the Unsubscribe button obviously does not work

      I ordered something from them a couple of years ago and now they SPAM ME REGULARLY about some fake money voucher in my account and even though i click UNSUBSCRIBE ... i still get SPAM JUNK UNSOLICITED EMAILS from them

      The company lures you into buying their product with minor discounts, to get your contact information. There was a mistake in my order, I sent a message to customer service within seconds and never received a reply. The shipped the product three days later, without regard to my communication. I still have not received it. WORSE, there is no way to cancel your account once you open it. You will be slammed constantly by SMS and email. BEWARE! I would like the company to remove/cancel my account and stop spamming my phone and email.

      I received multiple emails confirming an order for a product I am not familiar with, from The Feed, a company I have never heard of, and sent to a person whom I do not know.I also received text messages to my cell phone verifying my Shop Pay verification code to complete a financial transaction.Calls to The Feed customer service to investigate this issue are immediately directed to voicemail, and voicemails left remain unanswered.I'd like this potentially fraudulent activity investigated and resolved by the company.

      The order in question (#******) was caught by our Fraud Protection System, and was cancelled and refunded in full at 9:50AM MST today, October 13th. 

      We believe that a scammer placed this order. We have an Advanced Fraud Protection, and order verification process. Since this order did not pass, it was cancelled and blocked from fulfillment. 

      We do call back all voicemails. We spoke with the customer who's email and phone number was attached to this order, and resolved the situation.

      I had long standing subscriptions cancelled after calling in to make the request. Today another charge was made to my paypal account for services I was told were discontinued.
