I purchased four one-hour massage gift cards in late 2019. I didn't try to use these for a few years (due largely to Covid). When I did, I was told the "promotional value" had expired and that now only the "cash value" (of $50/each) was left and that I would have to pay extra.1. The cards I bought don't have any expiration date or speak of "promotional value". 2. They say they are good for a 1-hour massage (not for $50 towards a massage).3. They don't say they are only for use by members (or that non-members would be charged extra).When I had a massage on 4/1/24, I was coerced into paying an extra $30 after my massage (this reversed the relaxing feeling from getting the massage) and the subtext was that I was lucky that I didn't have to pay the non-member rate less the $50 cash value.I emailed the support email address to ask for resolution and didn't get any reply (and also not to a follow-up email)I uploaded a picture that has both the front and back of the gift cards to show that they don't mention any stipulations to who gets the massage or that their value expires.
