I purchased a product through Zybek sports online store (https://www.zybeksports.com/) for $391.42 on January 12, 2022, purchased using my PayPal account. After a couple months of waiting for delivery, i repeatedly called, emailed, left messages, and never received a return call. In April I finally reached the owner, who was apologetic, and said he would put the product in the mail ASAP. He generated a *** label which was sent to me for tracking, and after a month, the product still was not sent. I called some more, got the owner again in May who gave me his personal cell and promised he would put the product in overnight that day. A month has passed since that conversation and still no product. My calls, texts, and emails continue to go unanswered. At this point i want a full refund of my money.Initial Complaint

I ordered $3205+ worth of equipment from Zybek Sports. Paid this after receiving an invoice from the owner of the company. Until now the items have not been sent. Every time I ask the owner when the items will arrive, he tells me he is packing them now and will send by the end of the week. This has happends about 8 times now since end of December 2021 when I ordered them. For almost a month now he no longer responds to my texts, emails or voicemessages. I do not know what to do. I feel like im being robbed.My next steps are to contact a lawyer.I would like the products that I ordered, but if I cant get them any time soon then I want my money back including the 5% fees the bank takes for int money transfers.I hope you can help.*******************
