  I called this company Kightlinger Glass LLC to fix the cracked window glass of my exterior window in my house in ************. This guy came to see the window and get the measurements on Jan 12th and gave me a quote of $648 to replace the glass. And I paid 50% advance to complete the job. He said it will take 2-3 weeks to get the glass made. He also have the contract signed of the total amount. After about 3 weeks I reached out to him asking about the status on Feb 11th and he told me the glass is not ready yet. Then I waited for couple more weeks and on Feb 21st I asked him again when are you going to to install the glass he said Ill come next Wednesday to install the glass , then on Feb 28th he said Im going to hold off to get weather warmer . I said even then its ok and then again reached out to him on March 2nd as the wether for about 2 weeks was really good and warmer. When I asked him again when are you coming ? And again he never gave any date all this time I have been asking him. He said Im in the mountains and will be back on Tuesday and then again on Tuesday I asked him again and did not respond and then when I told him that it been way over 2-3 weeks and that ** getting little worried and that you keep pushing me since Feb he got agitated and said give me your Venmo Ill refund you the deposit. Then I got really mad at the type of respond I got from him and I said if thats what you want then sure refund my money back. and I told him Im ok being patient and Im being patient for past 1 month and all I need a date and time from you on when you can come install the glass. Then he is like you are very needy Ill refund your money. since March 3rd he kept saying that he will refund me the money but he is not doing that.I reached out to him multiple times over the text but keep on ignoring. He even abused me on text to F^#**** and jackass. I even sent him a demand letter over his email multiple times but he is not responding to that.

  12/04/2023 ******************* Kightlinger came to my address to give a quote for a window glass repair. He looked at the window for approximately 5mins and then stated he would send contract after the deposit was paid. I gave him cash of $180 on spot and he sent me an invoice. He promised to be by the next day 12/5/23 @ 1:30pm to take out the old window and put a temporary glass in while we wait for the one being ordered. No contract had been sent that night.12/05/23 I had messaged **** several times before 1:30pm. **** had not communicated with me until 2pm stating he was running behind and would arrive at 6:30pm. I had messaged at 5pm confirming the late arrival and he did not respond. I had called several times and still no reply. However he did call my partner back 12 mins after not answering my call not realizing it was my partner who was calling. He explained over the phone that he hadn't put in the order and we could proceed with a refund. We asked for a refund and one was not sent via venmo or cash app the entire night. Still no contract.12/06/23 **** had been reading my messages and not replying to my request for a refund. I sent him my cash app and still not refunded.12/07/23 **** had not responded to my messaged until 12 noon. Stating that there's something wrong with my cash app and that he couldn't send it. I had requested money 3 times with no issues on my behalf to him. He then told me that the invoice I signed was a contract and that his lawyer advised him to ceace contact with me and send a check that I should receive in 1-2 days. He never sent me a contract and refuses to refund my money for a fraudulent service act and impersonation.
