I found a fraudulent account on my credit report and I filed an identity theft report with the ************************ and I sent it to STATE FARM BANK F.S.B. so they could block this fraudulent information from my credit report. According to the Fair Credit reporting Act, STATE FARM BANK F.S.B. had 4 business days to block the fraudulent information from my credit report but they failed to do so. I am filing this complaint because they have violated my rights. We had a loan threw this bank and they sent us the title but no payoff letter. So I called Saturday to try to get payoff letter, all loan officers were off. I totally understand it's Saturday. I called back Monday morning and spoke to ************* said that's not a problem and would get back to me. Didn't hear from him so I called again Monday afternoon. Went to his voicemail, I left him a message to call me. Tuesday I called again and spoke to a different loan officer, they said oh that's no problem we'll get back to you. I called again Tuesday afternoon and went to both of the loan officers voicemails. So I called again Wednesday and they said we will get you the manager and then the manager was not in. I really need this letter I am starting a new contract and new this off my title or I can't do the contract. I have less than ************************************************* hundreds of thousands of dollars.Business response
