I communicated with the owner, *******************************, via email on April 20, 2022. I asked for a partial refund but she refused.Integrity Marketing Solutions (IMS) took over $16,500 from me from October 2021 to March 2022. It held itself out as a marketing expert. I paid for IMS to build a website and manage the *** so that I can get leads through my website. My first suspicion was when a client complained that the website was not mobile-friendly. Specifically, after consulting with several experts in the field, here are the basic deficiencies where Integrity Marketing Solutions, has not followed industry best practices: 1. Content: Throughout my site, IMS has failed to apply the most basic content guidelines to attract search traffic. One example, of many, is on my Page, where it fails in both the header and even in the content, to use the phrases and keywords that would be of use to the search engine algorithms. IMS has provided me with the same blogs it provides to other attorneys, including my direct competitor. As a result, it damaged my credibility in the community. It is also disfavored by ******* It goes against best practices. 2. Coding: The coding on my site does not follow best practices. The H1 tags, title tags, and meta descriptions are replete with errors. This again is not consistent with what the search engines are seeking. 3. Backlinking: My backlink profile was incredibly weak. There has not been consistent attention to attracting quality backlinks. 4. Other: So many other basics have been missed, including but not limited to (i) intra-site linking; (ii) alt-image tags; (iii) social media signals; (iv) disproportionate inbound versus outbound links. The list could go on and on. I believe that IMS should have disclosed to me that it's working with my direct competitor in the same city before I signed on. This was unethicalBusiness response

Client's website launched without errors and was mobile-friendly. The issue she discovered with the mobile display of her site was due to a plug-in update. She submitted a support ticket and it was fixed in less than 2 hours. We believe this is excellent customer service.
We have requested, numerous times, to discuss with client by phone. She refuses.
We have asked her to name these experts and to provide any audit reports or documentation verifying their allegations. She refuses.
We provide a library of blog articles. Clients are coached to use these articles as reference, and shown how to add the intra-site links, alt-image tags, social media signals, and editing to make them their own. This client apparently failed to do this.
We do not employ nor do we recommend backlinking schemes for our clients. We coach our clients to earn relevant, local backlinks and avoid ******** penalty for unnatural backlinks. This client hired an outside firm to implement a backlinking scheme, against our advice, which drove her traffic to more than ****** visitors per month, then when ****** noticed, the traffic abruptly dropped off. Again, this was action client took against our advice.
As "verification" client has uploaded a copy of her original agreement with us. Paragraph 12 states clearly that client understands and has no expectation of market exclusivity. Why she thought she would be the only client in her market, when the contract clearly states this is not the case, is hard to understand.
Client did not complete the agreement, apparently expecting immediate results, and is currently in breach for non payment.

I am rejecting this response because: Integrity Marketing Solutions (IMS) is in breach of contract as per my previous correspondence. ******************** is a small city. Had I known that IMS would pit me against my direct competitor, I would have never signed up with IMS. My website was poorly drafted and the *** service was horrible. The contents IMS provided were repeated throughout the internet destroying my credibility.
Sincerely,
