The realtor ***************************** was working with potential buyers for my home, during one of the inspections, he didn't even bother to show up with the inspectors, luckily I had a spare key to let the inspector in by himself. This property is located in the mountains at ****** feet so there is snow in March! I made sure the roads were plowed & I even gave a map to *** so when they came up for inspections they knew what road to take that was plowed. Of course he did not follow it & the buyers got stuck in the snow. They got unstuck then followed the map & made it to the house just fine. I made sure the road was assessable for all the inspectors and the buyers to get to. they backed out on dates because their "lender" had multiple issues. SO I paid for all that plowing for nothing. My realtor spoke with him about this and he stated he would contribute $600 to the plowing. After the inspection, I come to find out that he called my solar installer and *** stated that the Solar installer said the system was "not good and failing" The system is only 6 years old. the warranty paperwork was supplied to the buyers and for this solar system is 7-10 years for the batteries & 25 years for the panels. I confirmed from my installer that he did not slander his own work & he confirmed he did not say it was failing. So the buyers have backed out of the sale based on what the realtor told them. This is a blatant lie so the buyers can get their escrow money back. I didnt even know of this phone call until after they bailed out. *** also refused to help pay for any of the plowing that he stated he would do. I also used the money that I would have paid for my mortgage payment on all the ************* I have to scramble to get the money for the mortgage. *** lied about what my solar guy stated, he didn't show up to inspections & backed out on his word to help pay for plowing. Not to mention he got the buyers stuck in the snow. I believe *** is the reason this sale did not go through.
