Sent several lots of sports trading cards beginning in February, ******************* sale. Was told that material would be placed in upcoming auctions, but was continually put off. Was eventually told that material was ungradable and would not be suitable for auction or sale. I asked that material be returned to me. In June of 2024 I received a box of cards with some of the cards I mailed. The box contained some worthless cards I never sent and missing were cards I felt were good and saleable. Included in the missing cards were a 1953 Topps *************************, a 1955 ************************* ********, and a 1955 ************************* ********. I would like to have these more valuable cards returned to me. The cards were apparently stored in their safe for a long period of time with no communication from the company.Initial Complaint

Had Provided Mile High Card company with forty one (41) **** Topps baseball cards and forty four (44) **** Topps baseball cards. Company was to review cards, have graded if it was determined that grading would increase thew value of the cards and list in auction.Employees(s) and owner stated that the cards will be in upcoming auction(s) since Early 2023.This never occurred. I asked for my property to be returned.I have been promised for many months that my property will be returned and the return has not happened. I want my property returned.
