I bought a new house from them in April 2019. I was told by the owner (***** )at closing on the house I had a 5 year warranty on my roof. I contacted their roofing company on 11-8-2023 about a leak. I was told I was 5 days past my warranty which started when the roof was installed not when I moved in. I asked for a copy of when the roof was installed and paid for which they never provided. Their company Xtreme roofing required a signed estimate and a $1000.00 before they would look at my roof. The roof has been fixed but they want me to pay the $1000.00. I have uploaded a letter from the owner of Xtreme Roofing stating my roof was completed in April of 2019. I would like Sterling or Xtreme Roofing to honor their warranty and take care of the bill. I am also filing a complaint against Xtreme roofing.Business response

The roofing company Extreme Roofing has rescinded their invoice for $1,000, there is no further balance due for this repair. Please see attached documentation from Extreme Roofing.
