            My furnace went out on October 21. I had a company come out to diagnose it. It had a failed circuit board and it was causing hte motor to not get the power needed. They recommended replacement due to availability of the circuit board since the unit was 27 years old. I had it replaced on October 24th by a different company as they were much cheaper. I submitted the claim to Tend via their online form which included the info from my old furnace and the invoice for what I paid for the new one. I have yet to receive a response. I have called twice and sent multiple emails. The calls seem to go to a call center that is not actually operated by Tend. All that they can do is send an email in as well. I followed up via email on October 29 and Nov 3. They finally responded saying they would respond within 48 hours on Nov 6. I did not receive a response. I emailed them again on Nov 14th.
