            Unsatisfactory customer service!!!Checked out early and paid for another hotel due to circumstances.The pool and spa amenities were unavailable due to non-guests occupancy. The pool service man was holding private swimming lessons there for toddlers.When asked the front desk about it they said it was an agreement the owner and pool cleaner had and they would be done within the hour.An entire day of the pool guys clients were in and out. They came and went through the only sitting area provided for the hotel guests.We booked that hotel only for the purpose of being able to relax and use the pool and spa. With all the commotion of the non-guests it was very uncomfortable.I called the hotel to express my distaste about the experience. The man who answered the phone said he was front desk and no manager or owner to speak to. I asked to have them call me. The front desk man asked what the complaint was. As I was explaining to him at his request, he cut me off and hung up on **** called back to ask for manager's/owner's name. They told me not to call back and hung up.I am requesting a refund for 2 days at $120 each. No one would let me talk to a manager. Very poor service.
