Contract was signed in May for split rail fencing, a total of $1500 was paid in a deposit. They said they would be out in "2-3 weeks" at that time to complete the project. This is the Same Explanation we have Sent the ********************* Show . ....
Complaint Concerning *********************** & Kentscapes Landscape on the ********************* Radio Show on Friday September 10th .
We Spent the weekend dealing with this situation, from having neighbors , friends and family reaching out to us from hearing the show , from seeing *********************** bashing us all over Nextdoor App and even dealing with the BBB.
I was told that her claim on The ********************* show was that she paid us for a deposit in May of 2021 and we basically took her money and ran off with it .
#1 We have never been paid by Elisha ************************* We do not have any current contract with *********************** , She did receive a estimate from us August 24th , no payment was ever made and no contract signed for work .
#3 We did have contracts with both of her neighbor's to complete the fences on each side of Elisha ****** property, both these customers did sign contracts and pay via credit cards one at the end of June and one at the end of July. Our schedule stays about 60 days out give or take year round. We have had contact with both of our customers numerous over the time since contracts were signed.
We have also had contact with *********************** about 20 times since she received a estimate, about her wanting her fence done "Now"
Her entire claim is false , her false claims have gotten worse via the NextDoor App where she has admitted that she never paid us and didn't have a contract with us and her goal is to "expose us" and hurt the business. Her BBB claim is as follows (Copy and Pasted):

This is all a fabrication , she was not ever involved with any of our dealings with both of our customers and injected her self into this to try and force us to skip current customers and get what she wanted and when she wanted it .
We went and visited with one of two of our customers Sunday morning (the second was not home and hasn't returned our call as of yet)to discuss the current situation. They were not aware for what ************************* was doing , and seemed mortified that they are now part of the mess.
We have decided that The Slander and Defamation we have received from someone who is not and has never been a customer and shares a property line with my customers the situation would only be inflamed more if we have to step foot anywhere close to her property. Both of my current customers will be refunded the Deposit's they paid as of Monday September 13.
This was 100% a attack and a attempt to hurt our business from someone who had no business getting involved and the only thing that was accomplished was exactly that .
What recourses do we have after everyone of *********************** Radio Listeners were forced to hear Elisha ****** false comments ? Probably nothing . On to deal with the BBB now have a wonderful day
