            Awful experience with this company! Everything from disrespectful sales/ project managers (***************************** cussed me out when I called him out for taking full payment and kicking my exterior speaker project down the road).. incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention all the issues! Every week we have issues with controls not working, signaling the kitchen speakers and the basement turns on, lights reporting they are off in the app and in fact are all on. The automated blinds rarely work right..One of the owners (*******) told me over the phone (after all my issues with them) that he was collecting my final payment, I paid it, then comes back asking for another $7k! We also pay for the maintenance plan and **** has ignored our requests for several issues needing to be addressed (all of the above, speakers misplaying, lights not reporting correctly, all the alarm keypads are frozen and non responsive awful).This company is a joke. Steer clear!
