      February 19, 2023 I went to sign a bond with this company for $150,000 and they told me to bring them $8,000 and I could make payments. I went to meet ***************************** and did a bonding contract and provided her with $7400 in cash and $600 on cashapp to pay for it. I was given a receipt and signed it staying I paid her that was after altered and other things were added. Once I left she had someone else name ***************** tell me hes not posting the bond and it will be applied to a previous business transaction I did with someone in his company. I was told my $8000 would go on a bond to get someone out of jail and that wasnt done. The paperwork is aligned but the service wasnt done. They also tried to extort me and ask for $10000 for in exchange for the bond.

      The information 1st Stop bail bonds has nothing to do with the complaint at hands. I was mislead and provided inaccurate information pertaining to the new matter at hand. ***************************** deceived me by leading me to believe that she was posting a new bond. Not once that she advised me that the money I was providing her was for a previous bond. Not only did she take the money from me we never discussed it being applied to anything else.

      Hello,

      I received the response from the company I filed the complaint with 1st stop bail bonds and it hasnt been resolved. They provided me with a receipt and later altered the paperwork to be for a previous case. I meet with the bondsman to do a new bond I have text messages for that she failed to owe me know it was for bounty hunter fees. She was not the original bonding agent nor did she let me know thats what it was intended for. They have failed to provided with me information or proof that it cost $8000 for bounty hunter fees. She continuously contacting me when I told her I didnt need her services. The paperwork that they provided have nothing to do with ***************************** forging documents or advising me she was helping me with another bond then lying and saying it was for a new bond. This complaint has not been solved as I have yet to be provided with a refund or paperwork that shows it was exactly $8000 for bounty hunter fees that didnt catch the person in question. If you have any questions I can be reached at ************* or via email.

      To Whom It May ********

      They provided me with a receipt and later altered the paperwork to be for a previous case.
      ****************** received a copy of the receipt. It has not been altered and we have our copies as well.

      She was not the original bonding agent nor did she let me know thats what it was intended for. They have failed to provided with me information or proof that it cost $8000 for bounty hunter fees.
      ****************** is a Subagent for 1st Stop Bail Bonds, LLC. All decisions on whether a bond is processed is determined by the company owner, *********************

      She continuously contacting me when I told her I didnt need her services.
      According to ******************, this is inaccurate and no such communication has occurred.

      The paperwork that they provided have nothing to do with ***************************** forging documents or advising me she was helping me with another bond then lying and saying it was for a new bond.
      The decision on whether a bond is completed is up to the company owner. When it was originally discussed the bond was able to be completed, however in speaking with **************, he as the company owner, indicated it couldnt be done. The Defendant has had multiple bonds and has failed to appear each time. He was given a Consent of Surety to help aid him in going to court and he still failed to appear. There were payment plans on the account and those were not paid either. These issues were why ************** denied writing the bond.

      This complaint has not been solved as I have yet to be provided with a refund or paperwork that shows it was exactly $8000 for bounty hunter fees that didnt catch the person in question.
      Attached is the invoice from the Bounty Hunter actually charging $10,000 for his work.

      Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact this office at **************.

      Sincerely,

      I am rejecting this response because: your agent continuously wrote me after I let her know I didnt need her service. She lead me on thinking I was doing a new bond verses being HONEST and informing me she worked for *****************. Had I know that I would have never done business with this company due to past experience. ***** never failed to go to court his bonding agent failed to proved adequate paperwork to the courthouse. He has always had a lawyer, who has went to court on his behalf regardless of the situation the way that things were handled was dishonest, and I have text messages that provide proof that ****************** was providing a new service for a bond. Never was I told that it was for previous bounty hunter fees. Its also ironic that when I asked for the receipt for bounty hunter fees for the last six months, I was never given Those, now all of a sudden it was ****** for the fee.
      Sincerely,
        ********************;
