            On July 2, 2024, ************************* of ************ (******* area code) called me and said that he was a process server in ******************* badge number 034. He then gave me a case number 075 *****. He told me it was from FJM Law. And he gave me their phone number to call them which is *************. They connected me to *************************. I talked with **************** and he claimed that he was from FJM law and implied that he was a lawyer by his comments (acting like a lawyer) during the conversation, but did not say he was a lawyer.* 2 conversations later on the 3rd I asked him if he was an actual lawyer. he said no he is a paralegal. But he said things like I'm going to use all this in court against you, I'm going to wage garnish you for 10 years. He also accused me of fraud multiple times. He claims I owe $3000+.He said he has my SSN. It is possible for your SSN to get stolen. I denied ever knowing anything about this alleged credit card or debt. Explained he had one address that wasn't mine and my most current address of 5 months. **************** violated multiple (FDCPA) code violations 809 15 USC 1692g ************* ****** 90003(a), and a couple of others. Threatening me, falsely accusing me of alleged crimes. ** Also this alleged debt stated by **************** of FJM Law and LCS group consulting is from 2004-2007. This is ******************************************* ("TIME-BARRED") HAS PASSED FOR ALMOST 13 YEARS! In all 50 states. This is TIME-BARRED! ** I tried to explain I wanted written proof of this alleged debt (repeatedly over 3 calls to him). I was told "NO" many times. He repeatedly argued and said "NO" it was my debt!! I also plan to make a report with the State of California and Florida *********************** about LCS Group and FJM Law. **I called the Polk County ************** on 7/3/2024 and they searched this case number **************** had confirmed. The clerks' office said MY NAME AND THIS CASE NUMBER ARE NOT IN ANY SYSTEM.

            ******************************* is one rude and disrespectful ***** who needs a great deal of training communicating with others respectfully or in decent humanly manner. Calling my story inconsistent in another word a liar and continue to raise his tone over the phone instead of rationalizing and understanding someones situations while conveying the information in his screen in a disrespectful manner is absolutely unacceptable for the business. I can only imagine how the rest of the team handle the case based on my personal experience.
