If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Amerita had me sign a contract which is completely fraudulent and is charging me $30/day to do my own infusions. I never agreed to nor was advised of any per diem charges. The contract I signed states under services/products - Drug/Supplies/Nursing, after deductible is met, $30 copayment per visit. I have now been advised by Amerita, whom I contacted at least a dozen times and after being billed upwards of $1800, that it was implied "supplies" actually meant a medical reimbursement under a medical code of S9494 they are charging $30 per day in addition to the $30 per visit. The total I should have been billed was around $400. I am fighting the additional charges but how is this legal??? Do not use this company and make sure you check BEFORE hiring any home infusion company as to what they will actually be charging you!Review from Georgia M

Absolutely horrible customer service. They help no one. They took it upon themselves to change my dads dosage without the approval from his cardiologist. That put him back in the hospital. Its unfortunate that we cant use another company. If this was not my dads life line I would have stopped using them. HE NEEDS THE MEDICATION TO STAY ALIVE. I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD to say about this company.Review from Jerry B

Low morals, ethics, character. Amerita provided me with home infusion supplies as arranged by the hospital I had been in. The hospital also arranged for home healthcare nurse to come to my house to assist me. Amerita ALSO provided me a secret second 24/7 nurse I never knew about, heard about, never authorized or agreed to. When my home healthcare was terminated, I received a **** from Amerita for the supplies not covered by insurance. I also received a $270 **** for the per diem for this secret nursing care which I had access to but never used because I never needed it and couldn't have used it anyway because I never knew about it or how to access it. What a SCAM. I doubt this deceptive practice is even legal.If your medical provider hooks you up with these people, call them immediately and cancel this service you never authorized.
