  All Universal Construction is scamming us out of $5000 + of money owed to us at the end of our contract. Their accounting is atrocious and he's trying to bill ** $2200 in painting charges we never discussed, never contracted for and we're dissatisfied with the painter's work. I complained early on, but because **** said "he would take care of- painting the *****, bath and kitchen. There should be a lot of concession on the painting. We pre-paid some that's not even considered it the $2200. We paid All Universal on time and now we keep running into quarrels about what is owed to us. I'm tired of fighting with this company. He doesn't pay his workers and now he won't pay us. I've talked to 4 former sub-contractors who say he owes them money for work they did on our house. If he won't pay them, then why would he pay us? Been asking to close this for weeks and weeks. We paid him for permits, but he can't come up with a copy of any applications he ever applied for on our behalf.. We paid him for a dumpster we never got. He didn't even want to pay the trash guy $180, so we paid him. We paid $$64,000 to this company who says we only paid $44,000. There's no talking to this person. They don't keep their word nor honour it's contract line items. A full 3d party accounting is warranted, but until we get our money back for kitchen counters we never got we can't pay for a 3d party. I want to call the police on them for a contract breach. This arguing is effecting our health. They refused to come and do a final inspection. See attachment photos of items coming apart, or unfinished. All Universal needs to come up with receipts, not numbers. PROOF!! All Universal Owes us $$$$!!!

  I signed a contract with ************************* (All Universal Construction) to build a porch cover, install gutters, install cement walkway/pad for shed, windows, garage door. The porch cover was put up but it took the company 6 months to do it and it is not completely finished. The cement walkway/shed pad and gutters were installed in a timely manner, but I cancelled the rest of the contract because of ****** poor communication. Unfortunately I paid him in full (actually overpaid him $3,797.20 since I cancelled the rest of the contract because the job was never completed. I had to hire other people to finish what Universal construction failed to complete. I have tried numerous times to contact ****, but never got through (however, when I called from a different phone he answered, but never completed the work as he promised). I have sent several emails - with no response. I have also contacted an attorney, but was told unless the cost was over $5,000 I really couldn't pursue the company to get my money back..

  *********************** is a terrible person. He took my money and never finished the job. He will avoid your calls and texts. He also didnt pay his employees for services which is a huge red flag. He has a track record of this all over the internet. Please do not let this man work on your house! I only hope to save you the headaches I had to deal with.

  I hired **** to run a marketing campaign for a six month trial. **** promised a high percentage on my return but never delivered. Weve parted ways and since then he is now reporting a deck job we finished for him. The Deck addition was installed and had holdups due to manufacturing issues for deck boards. After finally receiving deck boards we installed and parted ways . I still have a outstanding balance not collected less the railings. We have been in pursuit of the balance for over a year now. This client is now making a BBB claim a year later because his business deal with me went sour not delivering what was promised. This is completely unfair, I cant even leave a review with ************* ****** Media because he has no review links set in place. This man has a lot to hide and I would never trust him with your finances or business. Feel free to contact me before entering any business ventures with ****** Media. I will also be following up with a BBB complaint against ****** Media.
