Appalling Service - Avoid Comfort Dental Endodontic in Centennial (*********************************, ********** and ****** )I'm utterly disappointed by the abysmal service at Comfort Dental Endodontic in Centennial. ********** and ******, labeled as staff, displayed shocking incompetence.Trying to schedule with ****************** became a nightmare due to their lack of information and the ridiculous advice of calling and checking daily for cancellations instead of implementing a waitlist. Are you kidding me? As if that's a practical solution for patients in dire need of care!To top it off, no schedule for the upcoming month and a suggestion to engage in a Thunderdome-style frenzy by calling precisely at 7:30 am on the 20th for an appointment? This isn't a fight club; it's a dental office!The staff's utter lack of empathy and professionalism is appalling and completely unacceptable. It's shocking how they treat individuals seeking help.I'm filing complaints left, right, and center because this kind of disregard for patients' needs deserves serious attention. Steer clear of this place unless you're up for unnecessary stress and incompetence.I will be writing letters to the BBB, The Dental Association as well as my Governor regarding this unacceptable business behavior.Initial Complaint

My daughter had a procedure done at Comfort Dental in Centennial ******** on February 7th 2023 and a 2nd session on February 16th 2023. Before the procedure I asked what the total would be for the procedure and they charged me $217. After the procedures were complete they billed me for another $217, saying that was the price for each session. Comfort Dental falsely stated the total cost for the procedure and when I questioned the amount they said it was misrepresented but I still owe the money.Initial Complaint

On 04/27/22 my husband and I went to have relines on dentures. He had one done on his top denture a few months back and was happy. When I called they stated his would be no charge and mine would be $80.00. When we went the dentist told my husband his would be $150.00 for a soft reline and $250.00 for a hard reline, He said I was not charged last time and the dentist said he did you a favor. When the dentist told me I needed soft relines as my gums needed conditioning I stupidly believed him and he said it would be $230.00. When they got done I asked how long it would last and the Technician said 2 months. I have researched and soft liners should last a year or two. At any rate we were lied to at several times. Then less than ****************************************************** my mouth and my husband's mouth. When I called to complain she said I could come back tomorrow but when I started questioning about the phone quotes she said I was quoted for an adjustment which is not what I specifically asked for and when I told her I was going to put a bad review on their site she flippantly told me they had plenty of customers. I told her I just wanted my money back so I could go to a dentist I could trust she said we will not be doing that.
