    Charged $800. Plus dollars for a follow up to an annual exam to go over test results insurance covered part but now I am being billed for $440. I was not advised of this and even their own statement said I was ther for 40 min of which I only spoke with the doctor for maybe 15 min.

    The email box you for our complaints has an automated email response which is getting uploaded as our response to the BBB complaint. It is only informational about turn around time and is not meant to be the resolution. Do I need to provide an email address that does not have an automated response? 

    Actual resolution to the complaint:

    The physician requested a follow up appointment to discuss the results of medical tests performed during an annual exam. This is standard practice if test results indicate a need for discussion or additional care. The balance due to the patient went to her deductible per the insurance carrier. Patient is welcome to apply for financial assistance to reduce her balance due even though she has paid the balance. We can refund if she qualifies.
