BAM Broadband, formerly DirectLink, has made my sprinkler system inoperable as well as ruining one of my sprinkler heads. When they were installing the fiber cable the ruined one of my sprinkler heads. They replaced it but it does not operate now that the sprinklers have been turned on. Worse than that is the fact they must have cut the line from my Rainbird controller to all the zones. The only zones that comes on is zone 1 and has minimal pressure. The head they replaced was part of that zone and it does not operate at all. When I tried to go through each zone none of them work. No matter what zone I go to only come 1 barely comes on. I have a 1/2 acre property, work 2 jobs and do not have the equipment or capacity to hand water my whole yard and newly planted vegetable garden. I called them about the issue last Saturday. They told me homeboy would call me Tues or Wed to set up a repair. I heard nothing so called Thurs morning. She said she would expedite it. Still heard nothing so I called that evening and spoke to the person, ****, who started my claim #*****. He said they had heard nothing and he would email them again. I was very clear if I did my hear anything Friday I would escalate this. Still have not heard a word. My grass is dying and it is supposed to be in the 90s this week. I want an immediate fix to my entire sprinkler system to return it to the condition it wa before they came digging around my yard.

Per a flyer stuck to our door, DirectLink had hired a company to install their fiber internet service in our area. The crew dug into xeriscape landscaping at the end of our yard, removing and trashing several plants and some landscaping material in the process. They left behind what we presume is a junction box with a plastic lid. If anyone had knocked to let us know what they needed to do prior to the work beginning (we both work from home and would have been here), we could have told them what was underneath the snow and possibly salvaged the plants. But no one did. I have contacted the field supervisor by email and phone more than once, providing before and after photos, but have received no response. The flyer we received from the company stated that any work done on your property will be restored to original condition or better. Obviously not. The company apparently doesnt care to live up to their promise, even though the cost to do so would be around $50.

Directlink Internet Broadband and there fiber installation contractor ************** Services at *********************************************************************** have caused property destruction in my front yard. They promised to fix my lawn and have not since the construction on 11/10/23. I spoke to *********************** @ ************ on 11/11/23 @ 9:26 AM, 11/15/23 @11:30 AM, AND 11/29/23 @ 3:51 PM regarding restoration work. So far, neither company has made an effort to restoring the damage.****** noted: heaving in the lawn, leaked hydraulic fluid killed a large patch of grass where directional boring machine broke down, two 2 foot holes from the machine never filled, and several cuts in the turf. I have lots of photos. Fiber conduit never spliced and completely buried.

******************* damage claim has been completed on January 4th ****. Restoration and repairs have been made and he has confirmed with our construction supervisor that he is pleased with the repairs and understood that further restoration to his lawn would have to wait until spring weather.  Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: ********************** has not complete the required repairs to

my lawn. They only came by to sprinkle fertilizer on bare spots and brown spots. They did not spread grass seed, place sod, or cannot determine if the irrigation system is damaged in the winter.

They claim they cannot until spring complete the work until spring.

      Sincerely,

****, We laid down seed not fertilizer; the seed is a bright color. As we have communicated with you directly over the phone and via email, we have to wait until spring to fix the sprinklers. We were under the impression that you understood that some things would have to wait for winter to be done. For now we have done what we can until the sprinklers can be fixed. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
They did not add seed or sod to my lawn

I was also promised an email from   phone conversation with Hunter Bear and I have not received the email stating how they would restore  the lawn in my yard and when the work would be completed

      Sincerely,
