Do not hire *******. I own a painting company and ******* was supposed to power wash for me. He didn't have the experience to finish the job. He took money up front and did not complete the amount of work for the money. He also asked for the full amount of the payment up front and defaulted on a signed contract with my company.

This company is a scam. The hoa that hired them to do the paint job gave them way to much money for one person to paint the amount of fence they said they could do. They were drunk when I met with them for the walkthrough and I even took 90% less of what the job should have been to power wash with a down payment because marina had absolutely NO ONE THAT WOULD DO THE JOB FOR THE PRICE SHE OFFERED AND I FELT BAD FOR HER! She has boyfriend drama and they both seem to have some effects on her running a business properly. They both were intoxicated and unclean so was she! Optimum painting LLC is a sham and cannot handle anything besides small houses and apartments indoor. The hoa president for this job spoke with me and told me he was disappointed with the company all together and I should get out before I got too far into the job and don’t get paid! I even refunded part of the deposit back! Not all of it because I did do more work than they could have on there own. It will take them two months to complete maybe more and they have absolutely no experience to handle the magnitude of this job! The nerve of her.
