I am a former employee who was very close to all the brokers and most of staff. I do know this place inside out. The brokers and staff are very good people who deserve better. I believe with all my heart if there is a bad review about a broker involving ethics, it is because they are forced to by the General Manager ************ He is a very toxic ** and is slowly burning a long standing brokerage to the ground. The ** ************ once told a Jewish broker " don't be a Jew " because the broker wanted to save his client money but ************ wanted more profit. That broker was furious and in tears when telling me this, but was afraid to tell H.R. That is not how a General Manager conducts himself, and he should have been terminated. ** ************ abuses power and his employees. There have been several employees that have left a job they loved just because the ** ************ Basically forced out. I am using this platform to shine more light on a situation that is already a problem within. The ** ********** is a workplace bully and is very unethical and very insensitive to his employees. The ** ********** is on vacation more than anyone in the building playing on his $250k boat while the company is losing money, and the brokers are stuggling. It makes no sense. ** ********** is only there for a check. He does not care for the company, the employees or the Brokers success. It is sad that one man can ruin a whole company. I hope that any people of importance within the ************** see this and it makes change in some sort of way. I 100% stand on everything I stated in this review.

This is how my experience went. I have a purchase agreement that says I paid an RTD tax, that is not part of my tax structure. When I go to register, I will be charged this "scientific and cultural facilities" tax. I have no documents to prove otherwise. The *** will tell me that I have to pay the tax, and any RTD overcharges will need to be collected from the Dealership, that would be HMBrown. HMBrown will forward the moneys to the state, or whoever, in the usual course of business. A lot of finger pointing will happen, and no resolution to be had. I had asked for a relatively small accommodation to the deal in exchange for the elimination of any promised work on a "We Owe" as a round trip from my home was a three hour trip, plus wait or repair time. No accommodations were made. The claim was made that the manager did not have the authority to make this decision. A ***'s employee could make this decision. Was not a great experience.

We had the vehicle we wanted on site with everything checked over and to perfection! *************************** is the most personable and helpful broker you could find! Thanks for all the hard work and dedication to helping us get the exact vehicle we were searching for!

Not an ethical group of people. They arent here to help.

***************************** was our broker, and we couldn't have asked for a better person. He kept in constant contact with us the entire 4 weeks it took to have our 2023 RAV4 delivered. No other auto dealer could even give us a date when or if a RAV4 would be available. First time we ever used a broker, but we will be coming back to **** for our next vehicle and gladly refer him to our friends and family.
