      SI sportsbook and casino has disabled my account and will not tell me why or respond to my inquiries.

      I have been a customer for a year plus now. Out of nowhere my acct was restricted and they requested me to identity verify and I did and restriction was lifted 2 days later it was restricted again and I was asked to identity verify again but with more information and I did and j received notice that restrictions were lifted but I could not log in after approx 2 weeks i could log in so I deposited funds but still could not play do yo restrictions so i submitted a withdraw to o which i received an email stating i was restricted for depositing not playing and withdrawing I sent several emails shared several online chats and have yet to receive my withdraw. I keep getting emails wanting me to go through all kinds of hoops only to have to repeat them with no return of my, get this, $15.00. wow I just want my money back and will never participate in their gaming again.

      I deposited $25 last Sunday. They have not allowed me to withdraw it claiming that they are going to process it in the next 24 hours every 48 hours, whenever I approach customer service. Effectively they have stolen my deposit and will not return it.

      I was at a family gathering and we all opened accounts. Later I was told there were rules about only having one account per household but if I sent in my documentation ALL restrictions would be removed. When my bonus wasn't posted I emailed and was told I had bonus restriction. This is after my docs were approved. The bonus offer let me opt in and make a deposit but was not credited to my account. I received a email stating my deposit was declined. I have proof it was not. Now they're asking to resubmit my docs. After going back and forth through email and sending proof which clearly shows they're in the wrong, my account is again unaccessible and they DO NOT tell you any of these rules while your signing up for a new account.

      On 12/13 or 12/14 I requested a withdraw from my SI Sportsbook account in the amount of $42. I did not know at the time that my Paypal account was temporarily locked. I contacted Paypal to have the issue resolved and was told that during this period any attempt to deposit funds would be denied and the funds would be sent back to the party attempting to deposit funds. I explained this to multiple reps working SI sportsbooks customer service. I was told the funds were approved and sent to my paypall account. I explained the situation that they never made it to my Paypaper account. Finally I was asked to send my Paypal summary to them which I did and it shows no deposit made for this amount. I was told my multiple reps that it would now be reviewed by their accounting department. I waited but no response and my funds were not added back to my account. I've tried to get support by thier customer service multiple times but no one could give me an answer to when the funds would be returned. The last rep I spoke to said that she was sending my issue to a supervisor who would look into it. I'm still waiting and no response. I would like $42 sent back to my account. I would also like $100 free bets added to my account to cover the time and effort I've tried to get this resolved. I would have been able to use the $42 to turn a profit so it's the least they can do.
