After placing order on April 6, 2022 for $537, no followup after 10 days. I sent email to check status of order and received an order cancellation notice on April 21, 2022. Placed order with WCW on 3/2/22 in the amount of $86.40. Order # *******. Expected shipping time ***** business days. 3/9/22 received email from WCW asking if I had received my order. I followed the included link and answered no, havent received order. No further response from WCW. 3/14/22 received two emails from WCW. The first email stated my order had been cancelled due to lengthy back order on selected item I ordered, and that I would be issued a full refund. Expected time for refund 4-6 business days. The second email stated my order was being shipped and expected delivery time was ***** business days.I immediately responded stating that I would like to cancel my order due to lengthy shipping time/delay in shipment and poor communication on their part. No response from WCW. I waited more the the 4-6 business days for a refund or response from WCW. On 4/22/22 I sent a second request for a refund. No response from WCW. Ive tried to contact WCW multiple times via phone on to receive a message stating to leave a message. Left messages, still no response. Sent a third email today 3/30/22 stating i was going to file a complaint with the BBB due to their lack of response. Im at **** end with this, please help. I would like a full refund. In January of 2022 I purchased online a pair of insulated coveralls from this company. They said it would be about a week, then two weeks later I contacted them and they said it had to be backordered and would be a couple more weeks. A month and a half later I contacted them and they said it would be shipping in a few days. Several days later I contacted them again and three more days passed. I got an email saying the order had shipped and I got another email saying the order was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund in a few days. 2 weeks now and no refund. This company totally scammed me and I want my money back.
