My order was canceled because I didn't reply to an email. I was told March 14th I would be refunded my money and it would take ***** business days to receive. It has been over a month and I haven't received anything. I have emailed and called, but still no response or refund.Review from Richard K

Do not order from this company, ordered in October and they would not ship. I emailed them and the response was it will ship in a month, Finally in February, I emailed to cancel the order, response was, 4 to 5 business days for payment. After 5 days, no payment, emailed three more times and no response from them. I turned it over to the credit card company. I would not recommend doing business with them.Review from Kim A

Ordered and get no response as to shipping my items. SO THIS IS A FRAUDULENT Company. I cant even get my money back as it was taken out of my checking account and no product. Tried numerous times to reach them and all I get is a recording and no answer. Tried email and no answer. This was done on 2/08/22. They say you can contact thru chat but no chat provided. So I guess I lost this money. ****** learned. Cannot get anyone. DO NOT ORDER from this Company. I am out over $100 that I could not afford to lose and no resolution. Doesnt do any good to threaten to *** or file charges cause they dont respond to that either !Review from Erik T

I ordered an item from Work Clothing Warehouse and it was not delivered in the timeframe provided. I tried to call them multiple times and when I finally reached someone via email, I was told my order had been cancelled. I asked about a refund of my money as my credit card had been charged. I was told to wait a couple of days and if I didn't receive a refund, I should contact my bank. I ultimately have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and am still waiting for resolution. The company is shady and I would not recommend anyone order from them.Review from Virginia W

Worst service I've ever dealt with. I ordered 5 shirts 12-31-2021, On 1-10-2022, I inquired as to where my merchandise was. I get email saying due to processing issues my order was canceled and I should receive credit within 3-5 business days. I contacted them by email again on 1-15-22, still no response, 1-20-22, I emailed sayinI expect refund by 1-21-2022 by 10:00 am or I would be filing a dispute. I get a response by email indicating the refunded me on 1-10-22 ! NOT SO ! The company will NOT answer the phone as I've called many, many times. The billing is done as "Bender Enterprises". I suggest you do your business else where. Now I have filed a dispute with my Credit Card company. NO STARS FOR THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY !Virg in *****Review from cain

I ordered a couple of port authority challenge jackets on December 17th **************************************************************************************************************** even canceled my order and here is my order # *******. Well I tried to call their ***** number to let them know that I not received my two jackets that ordered and no one picked up all I got was a recording. I tried a few more times same thing I got was a recording. So now I tried emailing them a few times no response back and I even texting them a few times and the same thing no response back. Now I am starting to get somewhat mad when a business supposedly to doesn't respond back. So work clothing warehouse can ship me my items or they can refund me my money which I doubt I will ever see and last but I will never order from work clothing warehouse again. And last I do not want any sorry excuse about going through new management so just send me my jackets or refund me my money.Review from Brian M

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE JUST WENT THROUGH MY BANK AND AM PURSUING FRAUD CHARGES. ALMOST A MONTH AND NOTHING TO ACCOUNT FOR. THEY DONT ANSWER THE ****** THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. ALMOST $200 IN SHORTS. TAKE PAYMENT. DONT SHIP.
