This facility needs new owners with a set of new refs. Many complaints about inaccurately refd games never once were responded to. In fact, **** became more unprofessional as the session continued which is likely an outcome of our continued complaints and the owners lack of action. The owner listened to complaints about a game 2/7 530pm where our player was checked into the boards twice, and not one call was made. They actually stopped the play because my player was injured after being boarded and gave the ball back to the team that committed the foul. No foul, no blue card and ZERO follow up from the inexperienced manager. Game 2/21 at 445 was against a team whose coach is an employee of this facilitythe game went 11 fouls called on our team and zero on the opposing team. No follow up from the inexperienced manager. To be clear, the business owner will attempt to deflect using our win/loss record as a source of our issue- this is not the case. We played in this division previously so theres no surprise to our team on the level of competition. The inexperienced owner did not once return to the team/coach after any of the issues were raised to his attention. The owner believes our teams complaints are inaccurate and harassment- yet he has no record of phone calls/emails communicating this to the team/coach. Parents and coach raised issues throughout the 8 game session and the owner has nothing to back up his false claims of resolving said issues or even attempting a follow up. H*** bring up video evidence of the extremely poorly called games like it would vindicate his facility- dates are above for two games. The owner has remained unprofessional with his lack of action in following up. This facility has had known issues with refs for a long time and I will be working to ensure their poor reputation is known with my outdoor soccer community. There are other options worth investing into before exposing your team to this terrible facility and owner.
