Took my vehicle for transmission repair. Upon picking up vehicle, it was loud, exhaust loud. Owner pulled it back in and had an employee weld resonator that was cracked. Took my vehicle, which never had an exhaust issue previously to get looked at. Catalytic converters of completely empty! The owner upon telling me I was good to go, That the exhaust leak was fixed at no cost. **** stated "codes had come up and that I may need catalytic converter replacement. Just come back we will fix it for you." Had to pay nearly $2000 to get catalytic converter and a new resonator. Owner stated we do not touch the exhaust to repair the transmission. Looking underneath the vehicle you can clearly see that the bolts had been removed, and one of the bolt heads was broken.

******, when your car came in initially, it had a rear O2 sensor code.  This usually means you could have a problem with your catalytic converter.  That is what I told you.  Never mind the fact your vehicle is 18 years old, has almost 180,000 miles on it, and we NEVER TOUCHED YOUR EXHAUST.  Because I rebuilt your transmission, am I now responsible for your entire vehicle?  When you picked up your car and accused us of touching the exhaust, I showed you that the exhaust is nowhere near the transmission, and the noise was coming from the resonator towards the rear of the vehicle.  I went ahead and had one of my techs weld your cracked resonator, to try and please you.  I then explained that Colorado is now California emissions and catalytic converters are ridiculously expensive.  I offered to repair or replace it for you at my cost.  You insisted on taking the car and proceeded to call me on your way to ******************* saying you now have an exhaust smell.  I again told you to bring it back and I would help you with it.  You then said you have an exhaust shop that you trust, and you were going to take it there.   Bottom line ******, you are accusing us of doing something we didnt.  You are trying to get something for nothing, and I dont appreciate these lies when I have tried twice to help you out.

I called this buisness to see if they did a service that my car needs, and the owner **** very rudely insults me. He called my car a "piece of junk" and "good luck" Then he wants to negatively and very condescendingly reply to my review, which I tried to copy and paste on here. Unfortunately, that won't work. The way i was treated on the phone is absolutely disgusting and very disrespectful. And mind you, I'm a woman. The way he spoke to me is shameful and very immature. He needs to remember that kindness goes a long way as long as you know how to be professional about it. Don't degrade people, especially women and make them feel bad about not having knowledge about cars. He needs to be shut down and then maybe he will humble himself.
