terrible experience, time after time. Originally hired to do the siding on our house, *** Kerwin was a subcontractor for the roofing company we used and while the work was OK, his professionalism and timeliness was far from acceptable. He made numerous attempts to change the scope and/or products and materials so that it would benefit him. What should have taken one to two weeks to complete ended up taking him five. We never knew when he was going to show up and work. Communication was terrible. We then needed our basement windows replaced during the fall of 2020 and what he insisted would take a matter of days ended up taking seven weeks. We knew that time management was not one of his strong suits, but we decided to give him another chance when we moved to a new house and needed some general repairs done. Once again, we were misled on how long everything would take and he also tried repeatedly to get us to settle for a cheaper product of subpar quality when we were willing to pay more for a better type of materials. While he may be the cheapest guy around, *** Kerwin is not worth the headache that comes with the work that he does. Find literally anyone else to do your project!
