When I first contacted you guys ****** was amazing to work with very polite and professional. ****** the gentleman who brought out my pods was also very nice at first. Ive had 5 pods delivered and picked up. I am handicapped in a wheelchair, ****** came out the second time to deliver and pick up a pod and I was trying to chalk it up to him just having a bad day. He was extremely rude and condescending towards me because the wind something I have no control over lifted the tarp on his pod and he was very upset about it. I explained my movers would be able to fix it there was no way for me to do it so he got all ****** off went and found bricks to put on the tarp at the top. Within a couple of days the wind blew the tarp completely off which I knew he would be even more ****** over. While Im in the middle of moving and packing I have to deal with the anxiety of ****** coming back out to my home and lecturing me on why I didnt take better care of his tarps. Again Im in a wheelchair no way for me to reach the top of the tarp. Then to make matters worse they claim my card wont go through Im finally sent a Quickbooks invoice to pay which I pay two months at a time. That prompted me a lecture from ************************* who told me I can not pay ahead I need to **** my calendar for the 9th and call my payment in. I asked why cant I be sent a Quickbooks invoice like I always have been. No Im no longer allowed that option I can only call in to make my payment. Now I understand you get to charge extra fees for it not being paid on time. What am I supposed to do when they wont send an invoice and in order to get a LIVE person on the phone I have to call 6-7 times. When I first came to your company everyone was nice every since I logged a complaint against ****** and how he treated and spoke to me all I get is rude messages back. If you dont want my business say so. Enclosed previous invoices Ive been sent so no excuse why I cant be sent invoice now.
