              I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against DJI regarding their failure to honor the warranty on my DJI Mini 3 drone. Despite extensive communications and clear evidence that my issue falls under the warranty terms, DJI has not provided a satisfactory resolution. Here is a summary of the situation: Product and Warranty Details: I purchased a DJI Mini 3 , which came with a warranty. I encountered a significant issue with the drone's RTH feature that caused it to crash by itself, which I believe is covered under the warranty. Communication History: I have engaged in numerous communications with DJI customer support. These interactions include emails, where I thoroughly and consistently explain the issue and requested warranty service. Issue Details: The specific problem with the drone involves the return to home feature autonomously initiating with zero pilot to R.C. input. Which led to it crashing and causing damage. I have returned to drone to them for warranty repair weeks ago. I only owned it for 4 days. Attempts to Resolve: Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, DJI has repeatedly failed to acknowledge that the problem falls under warranty coverage. They are only offer a discounted repair bill. I am seeking the BBB’s assistance in ensuring that DJI honors the warranty terms as promised. I request that DJI either repair the drone under warranty for free, provide a replacement, or offer a refund, as appropriate under the warranty conditions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this dispute.

              The company call DJI they are total fraud they will take the from anyone with no fear we are buying very high price product from them and thing they will be a good company wont do any thing Crocked well I got to tell u that yes they cant trust that company I own few DJI products but what they have done to me that is in open words we cheated u do what I have to do we dont care that is the words from DJI I fell I send them the drone was crash what DJI did to my drone they disposed cuz them policy and send me the refurbished one without informing me I send my drone that was Chinese New Year edition which they dont make it any more so they told me its a same drone we just changed the shell biggest lie cuz the drone did fly or act the drone I send them so the refurnished drone I got after few months I called them they were agree to replace the drone but I have some family problems went to different state many problems that time i was in able to do it so one day I took that drone out and flyed guess the refurnished drone got in the crash that drone was photumn 4 pro when I send the drone they told me the data anylize look that drone have sensor not to any object but that drone did poor weather condition but the app let me do the follow mode if any one get in the crash and send them the product I promise to ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** crash couple months ago I really dont post anything about any company but these guys are being a fraud goons I just put a review here but I am going to take them to court to see them policy where its say without telling customer disposed his limited edition drone to refurnished one they are crooket I am done with them advise to u if u really want to waist ur money on some thing which is not going to last for long please be advised stay away from dji and them product cuz they are straight up rip off from the product which they even.cant admit them most drone wont last long time cuz the materiel they use its a quality for drone life the most one year if u lucky to dont lose or get in crash thanks for reading
