  I gave alpha crete **** dollars to grind my concrete down smooth and apply a black stain. When I came home there was a texture on my floor that looked like frosting on a cake and brown stain and bare foot prints all through the stain. I stopped him before he could do any further damage on my floor. I told him that I didn't want texture and for sure didn't pick brown stain. I picked midnight bIack want from a proline color sample. He used a different product and color. I found the bottle of the different product in my garage I confronted him about and he still proceeded to lie to me even after I found the bottle. He even went as far as calling proline and telling them all he used was there products when he used cheaper products. ******* at proline called me wondering why he would lie to her also. He finally admitted to me he used the cheaper products in a text messages

  We had signed a contract with Alpha Crete for refinish our front patio. They sent us a color palette electronically and we agreed, by contract, on the color "Desert Beige". The overall cost of the contract was for $3000. We paid $1800 to them for the grinding and primer. At dispute is the final step where the pattern was determined and the color applied. Unfortunately, the color applied does not look anything like the Desert Beige we agreed upon and is yellowish in appearance to the Light Tan on their palette. I called the owner, Sid Selman, today 8/16/21 after leaving messages with their admin on 8/12/21 that the color on the patio was incorrect. Sid stated that he will not correct the color problem and will engage a collection agency to obtain the $1200 balance. I have copies of the contract stating Desert Beige as well as the palette showing the color.

  This gentleman was with us for the entire process to include the staining. When we finished he shook our hand and stated it was a genius job. He walked into the house and then when he came back out he stated he would call the office with the final payment. he never did nor did he respond to telephone outreach for final payment so we sent them to collections. We put a lot of time and effort into this job and the customer did not bring up any concerns with the color at any point. As we explain to all customers staining concrete is not an exact science as there are many factors that determines how well it stains. The concrete could have more moisture it in and these are all outside of our control. This job came out beautifully and the color was within the palate provided. The intent is to make our customers happy and our ratings on **** formerly Home Advisor would indicate such.
