COS Painters contracted the following and didn't do : 1. power wash exterior prior to paint. 2. spot prime house. 3. Paint all stucco with 2 coats, not done which is apparent by lack of coverage on south side of house and other areas. 4. Apply elastomeric stucco around foundation, areas seen of foundation not covered. 5. Mask deck edges/railings/spindles-not done and NEW DECK railings were scratched from ladders laid against them. 6. Caulk all cracks-cracks were left unfilled. States job would be finished in 6-7 days, took over 2 weeks and JOB STILL NOT DONE! Contract signed July 3, 2021. Contract states 60 gallons Loxon Xp Elastomeric and 20 gallons ******************************* Duration to be used. No proof all was purchased nor seen on site. Now owner claiming painting shortage (yet we have LEFTOVER PAINT and WANT JOB FINISHED. Contract has been breached, owner has been emailed as well as called, no response at all to these attempts to get resolution. Paint has been left on windows, storm door, and a 3 page list of 64 bullet points of issues that remain from job not done as contracted. This is UNACCEPTABLE and if owner had this done to his house he would not be happy at all either! JOB NOT DONE AND HAS BEEN PAID FOR. UNACCEPTABLE, and contract was breached.
