Attached text string and complaint.Timeline: 12/23/2021 appt (1ist to 3:35ish) upsell consists of economic duress, undue influence and coercion by refusing to allow me to leave with my OAD; 01/18/2022 (over 3 weeks later) phone call from Hollybrook that lab called stating they needed new molds - voice message attached to previous email (****************** initial appt 7/21/2021 - picked up OAD 8/10/2021); 02/23/2022 at 2:41 pm - call that my OAD is in and I can pick it up in three weeks - I explain my jaw disorder again and further how it is 10 times worse in that my jaw stays dislocated all day long and further that I happen to be at ********************** for a 9:40 am check in which is only 12 mins from their office. She (*****) reluctantly agrees to squeeze me in at 8 am stating that it won't take more than 15 mins anyway - the weather has been inclement for the past 3 days in both ****** (which is where I live) and **************** (which is where they are located). She says there is an afternoon spot but, since, during this phone call I was still under the impression that I would be sedated, I opt for the morning just to find out a couple of hours later that we are both expecting MORE inclement weather throughout the night and next day. I immediately call and leave a VM (4:53 pm). I call promptly at 8 am on 2/24 to apologize for not making appt. being extremely considerate as not wanting them to tell me I'd have to wait another 3 weeks for my OAD as my dislocated jaw worsens by the day... I asked her for the afternoon opening that she spoke about yesterday afternoon. ***** is flat rude and basically yells at me, completing unprovoked and very unprofessional; 02/24/2022 at 9:57 am text that they can get me in at 10:15 (in 18 mins) - my medial branch block (now without sedation) starts in 10 mins which I inform them of and state that I can be there by 10:45-11.
