We were VERY disappointed in **** We were led to believe we would receive the initial payment back if we sold the business on our own. When we sold our business, we were informed we would NOT get any money back. We find it hard to believe that *** spent almost $10,000 on advertising for us. In 8 years we only had 5 inquiries into our business-thus the $10,000 fee seems excessive for what we got. We will never recommend this company to anyone.

We are sorry this Owner feels this way. We actually sent the Business Portfolio to 14 prospective buyers. We advertised the business continuously the entire time it was in our system. We are glad they were able to sell the business. Our Agreement that they signed specifically states that the Initial fee will be refunded if they sell to a Buyer that comes through our services and they pay the Success Fee. It states that if they sell it on their own, they do not owe us the Success Fee, but the Deposit will not be refunded. This gives Owners the freedom to go ahead and sell it to someone they find on their own without owing us anything more.Review from Dotty L

Our experience with ABC was beyond expectations from the cold call we received from one of their experienced interviewers to the day we sold our business.
