  I paid for a product and asked for my product to look a specific way. The business boss did not preform to what the inspo picture looked like so I asked for a full refund. I was told if I take the cake I couldnt get a refund and I said okay and left the cake at the persons house (I wasnt informed it was made at a house until I arrived). Then I was told I wasnt about to get a full refund because I signed a document agreeing to it but no document was present for me to sign off to those agreements. So instead of getting back my full $70 I was only given back $35. I was also told she was using my money to get more supplies so the owner claimed she bought everything with her own money and I explained to her she told me she was buying it with the money I was giving her (I have pictures of the messages to prove). I also have a witness to the phone call and the text message. Also the cake I ordered smelled like weed and had buttercream icing which I just found out isnt allowed to be sold out of peoples houses. And I bought the cake to take it onto a military establishment which is why I left it because I cant have a cake smelling like weed come onto an establishment that prohibits drugs. In addition, he business is false advertising the product she claims to be selling when her work isnt close to the work she is advertising.

  i I have recently received a letter in the mail about a young lady filing a dispute against my home business and I feel that she is just harassing me now and making up issues that were not addressed in person. ***** reviewed the case I gave all screen shots and everything possible it did not go in her favor so now she is harassing me in other ways like this. She states I'm not allowed to make Buttercream but I can with high ratio shortening that is shelf stable, she states that she didn't know I was a home business when its posted everywhere I also told her so another lie, then she wanted ro say it smelled or tasted of marijuana how the cake was sealed in the box and it was left at my home she never took it I don't smoke anything whatsoever im willing to take a drug test if need be. She was told I would do the cake in Buttercream not fondant she agreed that was ok now wants to complain.  Next she was sent a picture when product was done long before she picked up and didn't ask for any change st all she just asked for pick up location. On my business page when you order it does state no full refunds will be Givin as I spent money to ************* to get and my time and still I refunded her 50% on top of gave her a ***** discount. She is being unreasonable and causing issues that I'm wondering if I should seek legal help. We are veteran ran home business and know we can go on base and talk to commander.
