DO NOT HIRE A ********. Unfortunately , Alexander the Grout/ Ramone Alexander slaughtered our bathroom renovation project and we even felt bad for his financial situation enough to pay him in FULL as he had promised us there were only 3 days left of work. Started in August of 2022 and NEVER finished, incomplete, crappy workmanship and even " THE GROUT" had issues. He delayed constantly for days and weeks on end, busted through his materials so we had to pick up and order more ( which I understand at times), tiles don't match ( some yellow some not), cracks in tiles, chipped edges on many, steam shower bench was left undone on the underside, his helpers caused more errors than actual help, he rarely took accountability for errors, says we were hostile when we gave him ample time, extra materials, i even made many lunches and provided drinks, snacks, coffee soda etc. There are Gaps in the tiles, in the metal trim ( which we also had to purchase after the fact bc of his mistakes in tile mounting height/ ceiling ), he lost our floor tiles pieces that were supposed to be put back in place, He even drunk dialed me once and told me that I'm " such a GOOD REAL WOMAN" GAH! This man is NOT WORTH HIRING. He was working under another company and convinced me to just use him and not the bigger construction company as he could be faster and save us money- WRONG, boy did he LIE! I was far too nice, this won't happen again and He shouldn't be in this line of work. Please see all photos and scan in closer as needed and now NO OTHER LEGIT company will touch this work- they all don't trust this workmanship so, they want to Start over so they can insure their own work. We lost 15K but over a year of useable time in our own space. Also, none of his invoices have his license numbers on them- ****** learned on our part. Steer clear of this person/ business.
