    This place is a complete scam. Extremely unprofessional staff that gossips while doing their clients hair. I went there a few times to get my hair lightened and each time the stylist I saw named **** did not listen to what I wanted. They do the bare minimum and charge you up to $300 in order you to keep coming back to get more done. The first time I went there I had paid to get full balayage and she barely did any highlights. She said she didnt want to do too much because she didnt know how it would lighten because it was my forts time. She said she would lighten it more next time. This was a scam to only have me come back again end pay more money. The next couple times I came in she barely did much more and the last time she toned my hair so it almost looked orange. I asked for her to add dimension and she kept saying she would do it at the next visit even though she was able to during that visit and I had expressed that I didnt want to keep coming back. So I finally made one more appointment to get a touch up a couple months ago and **** cancelled on me the day of my appointment saying she had a personally emergency. So I made an appointment with another stylist **** at the salon that was recommended and I made the appointment for balayage over the phone. Less than a week before my appointment I get an email from the owner apologizing to me that they had to cancel my appointment because **** no longer does blonding and only does hair extensions and the girl that made the appointment with me was confused. I checked online on their website and lone behold, you can still schedule blonding services with **** online. I would avoid this business at all costs. I spent almost $1000.00 there to get my hair lightened there and it wasnt worth the money. They are also very unprofessional for cancelling on me twice in a row after I had spent so much time and money there.

    ******, let me refresh your memory on the timeline of your appointments as well as your behavior in my salon. You came to us in June of 2020. You had very dark thick course hair at the time and the stylist told you she would have to lift your hair low and slow to prevent spotty color and damage, not knowing what was on your hair or how it would lift. After your service you then emailed the salon saying you didnt feel like there was a huge difference in color and it was not your goal. The stylist then called you directly to go back over what was discussed and why your results were the way they were. You then apologized and told her you over reacted and it was still beautiful. Then in June of 2021 you messaged this stylist telling her you love her work and apologized again for your behavior the year before and asked to be rebooked. Despite her better judgment she rebooked you. You came in with burgundy red hair and wanted a blonde balayage. That is a complete color correction that could take years to achieve. She gave you a beautiful between color and told you that you would be fighting warmth for a few appointments until the red was all gone. Then at your next appointment in august 2021 she lifted you even lighter to a warm balayage. You then told the stylist you hated it and threw a tantrum in the salon. Completely disrespecting the stylist as well as the salon and its guests. She toned you down right away and you said you loved it. Your next appointment was booked in October and **** got a last minute opportunity to be sent to an education course in another state so we called you a week in advance (not the day of) to reschedule you to another day. You were rescheduled in November and then you cancelled that appointment. Unfortunately at that time we should have been upfront with you and told you we did not think we were a good fit for you and your previous behavior does not align with our standards. We prevented you form booking online to avoid another incident. We had new staff that was not aware of the situation when you called and booked you with another stylist under the impression you were an existing guest of hers. This stylist does not take on any new color guests and only does color with extensions which is why the service is still available online. I apologize for not being upfront and honest with you to begin with to avoid you getting booked again. At Lush we value our stylist time energy and mental health and unfortunately your behavior does not align with those values.
