We love our Colorado Custom Blinds. We do not have air conditioning in our home and the "black-out" blinds help make the room cooler when we need to close them on warmer days. In addition, they are great at blocking out the bright sun for my "night working / day sleeping" family members. And, they look great in our rooms - we have both light filtering and black-out in different rooms. The two times we had some challenges with the blinds, ***** made sure the issues were solved quickly and efficiently. She was great at servicing our needs and I would definitely use Colorado Custom Blinds again.

Honeycomb shades are the most insulating shades available. They keep the heat out in the summer and the cold out in the winter. They also have a tight stack when they are all the way open so they minimally take up space in the opening. I did not make a purchase with Colorado Custom Blinds, Shades and Shutters. But I needed a person to repair a ********************. *****, the installer, came out to assess the shutter. It was determined that the shutter needed to be replaced. ***** worked with the ****** *************** and it was determined the shutter was still under the warranty. She did not charge me for any of her time. My only charge was to ***** for the trip/installation.I would highly recommend Colorado Custom Blinds, Shades and Shutters. I only wish I had more windows to install additional window treatments.

This company is quite special. Service, advice, product, install, owner. Wonderful. Example: we had a motorized shade go wonky. ***** came over within a day of our call. She tried to work her magic but didnt work so she got it replaced without questions. We also recently asked for a spare charger and ***** ordered one no charge. Our shades were installed in 2019. They look like new. What a great company.

Highly recommend Colorado Custom Blinds, Shades and Shutters! We purchased plantation shutters and Malia ******* was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was cognizant of staying within our budget. And the quality of the shutters are great!! Everything went as planned. ***** was clear on how the process works. No surprises. The installer was quick, courteous and quiet. We took bids from 4 vendors and know we received the best price and value on our purchase. This was one of the few places I could get arches filled that were functional and a cafe shutter split that allowed privacy maximizing, but open window for light and viewing of our wonderful outdoors. The motorized blinds seem to have the easiest design for battery replacement and longevity.The customer service by ***** and installer **** was phenomenal! At this price point I thought I was going to get Big Box Store treatment, but the word 'custom' is in their name and I felt like the personal touch service was at concierge level that I didn't think I could afford. I plan to do more business with this local team!

***** provided super service - she is knowledgeable, insightful, and goes the extra mile to meet requirements and surpass expectations. ***** installed electric shades for two large skylights - they look great and make a huge difference with heating and cooling.
