      I purchased a vehicle from them on March 29th. By April 1st I had to repair the vehicle because the driver side tire on the front flu off the vehicle while driving. I got it back from the shop. And 2 weeks later, the passenger side front tire flew off the axle while driving took it to the shop.Got a repair it and then two days ago On june twentieth On the passenger side, the shocks went out and broke while driving almost causing us to flip on a lifted truck.Slamming to the ground.I've contacted the owner since incident one and he has just been rude.Unhelpful and plain disrespectful

      I bought my truck from them in November and the check engine light came on immediately, I took it back in and they said it was nothing to be worried about but that the light would stay on, two months later in January the truck starts having issues, all of the lights on the dashboard are on including emergency brake, I take it in and they cant fix it, the problem begins to worsen so I take it back and have my father call them (Im a single mom ) they have me come back in to fix it after that, when I get there the owner yells at me and fixes it and then I break down completely on the interstate. I have spent over $1000 with them fixing my truck since I got it and now Im told the entire engine needs to be rebuilt for $5600 the company sends me a rude email stating they will not help and to take my truck somewhere else.

      I traded a car for a car total price as stated on their website $6888 and today 12/28/2023 I just got the total amount for the car they prices at $8000 plus added **** for a warranty on top of a gap insurance for $500 with my trade they gave me $**** after looking at the total cost as of today 12/28 is $15,000 with financing the car has ******* miles after driving off the lot the engine light came on I took it back 12/27/23 they didnt fix the issue only turned the light off this was a scam

      We are sorry to hear this.  Please bring your paperwork in so we can go over the numbers with you. They are correct. I know it can be confusing.  Please give me a call and we can look at the check engine light also.  People don't call people who help scammed. Which we are trying to do.

      Bought a car from this company On the 21 of October. I received the carfax for the car on the 24th after asking for it several times. After reviewing the carfax, the car had been in two accidents and the odometer reading had been changed. I took the car back on the 23rd because the transmission was slipping from reverse to drive. They fixed nothing I even had to have the service guy add oil because the oil was completely empty before driving away. I gave the car a couple days to see if any changed and of course it didnt.. the car actually got worse. I worked all week then took it back Thursday afternoon after work around 3pm. Got the car back Friday and again no change. So I started documenting everything. Photos and videos of how the car sounds and does. Went back to return the car after finding out that changing an odometer was against the law and the dealer wouldnt take it back nor give me my deposit back. I also tried to trade the car in and nobody would take it. I had an appointment today the 4th of November and I missed it since I was planning on taking the car back regardless. The owner *********************** called me. I put him on speaker because I had spoken to him prior to you and he was very disrespectful and rude. My father and my son were in the car with me when I put him on speaker he basically said you missed your appointment this morning. I responded with yes I was having breakfast with my father and my son. He Then told me well, guess what I saw your one star rating on our website so you can go f*** off you f****** b**** My father and I attempted to return my car, and upon entering the building, ***** came out from behind us and started yelling at my dad and getting in his face. He then called the cops as the cop showed up. Of course, nobody went to jail because nobody put their hands on each other. Thank God. But all I really want is for them to take the car back and to give me my down payment back of $2000. ************** refuse.

      Bought this car on May 11th 2023. Drove it on the lot and let them know that a/c wasn't working. They were like oh will fix that never did. Well we drove the car less than a month and the car started having engine issues and rough idling and showing codes on the dash. Which we made them aware. We have had the car looked at by 2 different places and this car is requiring major engine work, multiple repairs to various things that make the car drivable. Also they sold the car with no tread on the tires and no brakes. Along with no heat or A/C in the car. Now we are stuck with a car that we financed with $2k down and the rest was financed through Westlake that we are paying $189 plus a month for and then another $230 for insurance on a 2006 ****** Legacy GT. I have 2 separateand thorough reports outlining what all needs to be repaired. The repairs will probably be more than what we owe on the car. I feel that because we were desperate for a car we were taken advantage of and now my family and I will not have a reliable way of getting around and will have to start all over again. I can provide inspection reports from 2 separate car repair shops detailing what needs to be done to this car.

      A few things, 1 you had every options to buy a warranty. Second, you as a customer needs to take responsibility for a used car. Third, how do we have control of your insurance and car payment? Stop blaming people who have zero control of your finances.  Just stop, we try to do great business, sometimes things don't work the way we want, but to blame us for your insurance payment, issues etc  is a complete joke.       I am rejecting this response because: one I am not asking about the car payment and insurance. We are referring to the point that we bought a car in May 2023 and in September it basically needs a new engine this happened not even ONE month into owing the car. You have shops and fix cars also why was this one never looked at once you bought it. I do take responsibility of buying used but you need to take responsibility for taking advantage of your customers. We would have bought a warranty if all the consumer's reports stated the car was in pretty good condition for an 2006 with low mileage. Yeah you help me finance it. However, we want to know if you EVER did any mechanical work to this car? Because it is not right for you to sell a older used car and then the engine starts having issues. And believe me this is not our 1st ******* Because now, with what repairs need to be done on this car 1. Puts us without a car 2. Costs us more money than the car was worth. 3. You find this funny? I find that you know the condition of the cars and you sell them to people who are desperate to get a car to get around take 2k we put down and give us a car that has more than 2k in repairs needed, funny haha. Right? You guys do big business and have a reputation. Want to uphold that, right? Well what I find funny is I will report this to anyone who will listen regarding this car and how you feel and are handling it..and how it seems NO ONE will take responsibility for this conartist rip off you have done.

      I am rejecting this response because: they may be a used car but you sold a car that broke down before we even made a payment on it. And here you are laughing about it like you think it is funny you sold a.lemon car to someone. Believe me , I will report your dealership to everyone I know and you are a bunch of jerks for acting like this a machine is a machine. Yeah and cars sold shouldn't break down a half of month into owning it. You would be ****** too if someone did it to you. And you have the ability to make this right and you won't. You knew the a/c didn't work and said you would fix it and then reigned on it. So, would you be happy if you were left with a POS that you can't do anything with.

      I purchased a car from 719 automotive group and the car was dirty so I took it for a wash 30 mins after I purchased it. After washing it I saw there was hail damage that I could not see prior, the check engine light also went on shortly after and I was told the car went under inspection and passed. They completely scammed me, I used all of my savings to put down for this car and its not safe to drive someone please help me. Im desperate

      I am rejecting to close my complaint for the following reasons. *** contacted the lender today and they advised me no call or request was made from the dealership to terminate my contract. This entire process has been nothing but stressful with this company. I physically went to the dealership to solve the initial issue and I was just berated by the general manager and employees. They are fully aware I want a full refund. I never made any agreement with the dealership, I am requesting for my $500 to be refunded to me as soon as possible. I was led to believe the car had no issues, so why are they making me pay for damages to fix a car they knew was damaged, they knowingly sold me a car that had issues. Ive only purchased used cars and have never encountered such an issue with a dealership. They have been completely dishonest and I wish to cut complete ties with them after my $500 is refunded to me. I appreciate the BBB assisting me with this matter.

      On September 7, 2022, I test drove a 2013 black Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4 door SUV from your business 719 Automotive Group. Prior to the test drive, the vehicle would not turn over. I was assured that it was because it was on a used car lot and this sometimes happens to vehicles that sit on the lot, and/or the Jeep door was not closed all the way when being moved. It seemed reasonable enough, but I do not know how long it was sitting that day without power and it only takes about two minutes to reset the *** this way. Not expecting any type of foul play at the time and seeing that there were no other issues visible after a short test drive, I decided to go through with the purchase.I was promised that the Jeep would be waiting, detailed and ready. The detailing of the Jeep consisted of only a spray of Armor all and nothing else. I was assured the Jeep would start without needing a new battery, but they would change it if there were any issues. I had to go through Navy Federal and provide a check to your business the next morning, so I did not pick up the Jeep until the next day, September 8, 2022. About two miles down the road, the check engine light came on. I went to AutoZone and found it was the Power Train with multiple codes, with several misfires. I brought it back to your business where I stayed the entire afternoon to get the Jeep repaired. I was reassured that the issue was fixed and provided the following paperwork that the camshaft position sensor was replaced, (later this would be a continued issue), the battery replaced, and some spark plugs were changed. During this stay, I was told that the issue was caused by the *** phaser for the Power Train system, causing misfires from several cylinders.       A shortened version is that during the purchase of our vehicle, the battery to the Jeep would not turn. After reassurance that it was probably not shutting the door all the way, I continued with the purchase. I have not driven this vehicle more than 100 miles. I was sold a Jeep where the codes to the Jeep were reset after the mechanic failed to fix these codes twice. This is not a safe vehicle to drive and I cannot even have it repaired at the business of complaint because I am five hours away and it would never safely make it there.
