Colorful Images tricks buyers with attractive promo and coupon and shipping-discount codes. Buyer Beware - the online offers contradict each other . They eradicate each other.For example : $2.99 shipping on ANY order $30+When customer service at x** currentinc.com absolved the word ANY (which by definition means ALL) from my $200 order, which has a promo code, I asked customer service to remove me from the mailing list (takes 60 days), and once my order is received in full, I will close my account .I learned ******************************, ************* and ******* ****** are sister/same companies - certainly big enough not to rely on using trickery on their customers.

It has been a long time since a company got something wrong and customer service nor quality inspection did anything to rectify the situation. I went through Amazon to get cards printed and they came back completely wrong. When confronted I was told it was a third party sell, which means i had to go directly to the source. The source, Colorful Images, was completely unprofessional and it's operators read from a script. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered two boxes of the lavender Elegant business cards. I received the cards in navy. I was told by someone in customer service that it was a shade of purple. I ordered these cards two years ago in lavender, so I know what I received was not the right color. I had the cards replaced several times, each time I received navy, not lavender. Plus the boxes were for two people, but got two boxes for one person. I looked at what is on the website, and the lavender is being offered, but each replacement is not in lavender. Nobody has been able to fix this for me. I left an inquiry, sent an email, chatted with customer service online and I even sent a letter with my information on it along with a card I ordered two years ago and a card that I received this time. What I received is not the right color. It's impossible to get what I ordered.
