      Their website sells items that aren't really for sale and they don't take them off of their website.

      I've "unsubscribed" from their emails multiple times and I receive a confirmation that my request was accepted but I STILL continue to receive emails from them. So annoying! Do not subscribe to them!

      Absolutely DO NOT Order!!! I ordered 3 items 11/19/23 and have received NO Update. I have sent 3 emails asking for help with absolutely NO response. I've called customer service 12/8/23 & 12/11/23 and have gotten no answers. ******* on 12/8/23 said items are in a warehouse waiting to be picked up by a carrier since 12/5/23 and said a trace or tracking would be completed. '****' on 12/11/23 said he would send out a request trying to find out the hold up reason and call me back within 2 hours and never called back. I am SO disappointed that NO SUPERVISOR COULD BE REACHED TO MAKE THIS ISSUE RIGHT. I asked several times to speak with someone who can put out a request. At this point an offer should be made to REMAKE the items and expedite them to me since they are Christmas gifts for children ordered on 11/19/23. I have never written a review like this but trying to warn others for believing that items would be made in 2-3 days and then would ship to arrive in 7 - 10 days! Absolutely never ordering from them again. Just hoping my items arrive before Christmas, if they've even been made yet....

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I placed an order on 11/22 for a stocking to be delivered for Christmas. They called me on 12/8 ... Two days after it should have been delivered and told me the stocking would not get to me by Christmas ... and now too late to order something else. The offshore customer service rep barely spoke English and was not helpful or accommodating at all.

      So disappointed in Lillian Vernon's service and I will NEVER from them again. I ordered 4 identical stocking holders with no personalization. Trying to get some more for my extended family to match what we had from years past. It's going on 2 weeks and the order status says it's still processing. There is absolutely no reason these haven't been ready to ship by now. I ordered several personalized items from two separate companies at the same time I ordered these, and I have already received them. Sent multiple emails inquiring about the status, but have heard nothing back. Terrible service!

      I have to agree with all the other reviews and especially with the comment that they dont even deserve one star. I only wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I too remember Lillian Vernon from years ago. It clearly is not the same company. The **************** representative was very sweet while unable to actually do anything about estimating when my order (now 2 1/2 weeks late) would be processed. All she knew was that it had not been processed yet. So I canceled the order. But she couldnt even confirm that it would be canceled. The cancellation had to be approved and that might take a day or two. Meanwhile I learned that the company had already charged my credit card. Unconscionable. Sad to say, I will never do business with Lillian Vernon again.

      Thanks so much for your reply *****. 10 days later, and after Christmas. Good thing I wasn't waiting for it.I too can read tracking information and the stocking did arrive finally, more than one month after I ordered it. One month. You can blame *** but what the tracking info shows me is your company chose the slowest possible method to ship, after I paid extra fees for that privilege. Then your "customer service" wasn't able to do anything more than read me the same tracking information I saw. No apologies, no compensation, no refund for my inconvenience, no "let us make it right" in any way. Nothing they could do. Now you reply way after the fact to quote me the same tracking info.So far this Christmas your companies have:1. shorted two items you advertised online were in stock, only one of which you credited until I had to ask;2. sent me a random wrong item;3. sent me two times one item; and 4. took more than one month to receive the Christmas stocking you are so famous for, that matches all my others (not that those are shown in any previous orders I can access)....all for the bargain price of $27 shipping. While other companies get it to me in a few days or refund my money if there's even the slightest concern. I even personally shipped *** ground and my gift arrived overnight for less than $15.And those matching stockings? The new one is a good half inch smaller all around. Clever way to save more money. I think I need all new ones. From elsewhere.Probably decades of orders and thousands of dollars doesn't matter to you but it does to me. You probably don't care about this email either but at least you will know why I won't be ordering again.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! What a joke! This Company does not deserve one star. It deserves zero stars!! I ordered a kid's rolling suitcase on November 29. At the time, information indicated it would take 2-3 business days to ship and I would receive an email with tracking information. When I didn't hear anything by December 6 (and giving them the benefit of doubt due to the holiday rush), I decided to call and check on my order. The ******** Service agent advised that my order was in process and my credit card would not be charged until the order was shipped. (This was proved to be incorrect as my credit card was charged immediately on Nov 30). I tried tracking my order online again on Dec 8. When I noticed the product said "Out of Stock" and it was no longer on the website, I again called customer service. The agent assured me that the product was in stock when I ordered it and my order was completed and simply waiting on the carrier to pick it up. I received an email on Dec 10 indicating that the Company was sending a credit to my credit card. The email did not explain why the credit was being issued, but I was sure I knew. Another call to ******** Service confirmed that the product was indeed out of stock and that information I had received in previous calls was incorrect. I will never order from this Company again and will advise others not to order as well. The BBB needs to review the A+ rating they have given this Company!

      Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered two babys first Christmas ***** bears for my baby and my niece in early November. In mid- December, I was told the item was out of stock and being ordered- too late to order an alternative from any other company. Just awful. They also DO NOT post reviews of their items to the website, they say they are in review.

      The wreath I bought was so tacky and flimsy and started losing pieces as soon as I pulled it out of the box. Took me four emails to get the information I needed to send it back. They do not pay return postage or include labels and you have to wait to get a code to send anything back. They make is as difficult as possible to return things. The cheapest return postage cost half of what I paid for the wreath! I will never buy anything from this company again.
