            Students that enroll at Colorado Technical University Online are advised to read the Enrollment Agreement to make sure they understand and agree to the terms, rules, and regulations set forth therein. The Institutional Refund Policy is an integral part of the Enrollment Agreement and is incorporated by specific reference.

            Colorado Technical University Online's Institutional Refund Policy, refunds are calculated in accordance with the Institutional Refund Policy. Funds will be returned following the same hierarchy as the Return of title IV Funds policy followed by other aid sources, such as private loans, and then the student. There will be no refund of tuition and fees if a student completes any course during the quarter.

            In the event that a student withdraws or is dismissed from all classes during the quarter, refunds of tuition and fees will be calculated according to the following refund calculation: Number of days remaining in quarter after withdraw date divided by total number of days in the quarter equals the percentage of refund.

              I applied for scholarships and financial aid online for a local community college I am attending. I'm sure Colorado Tech got my number from my scholarship applications online or something. Now I receive never ending calls from multiple numbers, no matter how many I block. I started answering and just saying "Stop calling me" and hanging up. Yet I still get about 2+ phone calls a day at the most inconvenient times - when I'm at work or WHEN I'M ASLEEP. I have no interest in attending, never have. The one person I talked to the first time they called was pushy, didn't stop asking questions when I told them to call back, and did not respect that I was ON MY WAY TO MY JOB. They talked over me. I am so done with these phone calls, it's spam and harassment. I have asked them to stop calling on multiple occasions and the calls seem to have become MORE frequent.

              I'm enrolled as of right ********** been having problems getting my Pell grants as well. They supposed to let me know whenever a payment is posted but I get absolutely "nothing". I've messaged the financial aid advisor, but he doesn't message back, now I'm checking out the ************* noticing that they've had issues & several complaints before I even enrolled. I'm checking with my lawyer ******* might be joining this lawsuit. It's a shame that we have people like these to deal with. I wish I had of checked them out beforehand, but I was caught off guard. I usually look up the reviews. I'm owed monies as of right ******* can't get any assistance. They think that they're getting away with being greedy & taking our money & pocketing it, but GOD sees all, knows all & they will repay!!
