I used my detailed check list to determine, overall, which local contractor to use for the building of my retaining wall.Finesse Exteriors proved to be the best. I chose them out of 13+ contractors because of their attention to detail, building advice, prompt and very courteous customer service, and they made no attempt to up-sell me. *************************** was extremely professional and proved to be punctual in communicating. When I asked for a copy of his liability insurance, history of concrete work, copy of his contract, etc., he provided everything the next day. The free estimate was converted into a Fixed Price Contract and no additional costs were requested. All ****** workers were professional and reached out to me during the work with progress updates, and to make sure I was satisfied with the in-progress product. ****** ensured the grading was correct, ensuring that drainage issues will not be a problem going forward. ***** and his crew completed all the work in the agreed time. The end cleanup was great, and the wall looks wonderful. The new wall definitely adds value to our property. Finally, last but not least, is that all work and materials are guaranteed.I highly recommend Finesse Exteriors and will use them on another project in the spring.Description of work: Removed all old fencing and bushes as requested, installed concrete footing, installed approximately 50 foot long by 4-foot-high poured concrete wall with vertical and horizonal rebar reinforcement. The wall was sanded down to smoothness and sealed to a color we selected.
