During the break up of the driveway, they hit my garage roof with a skid loader destroying the facia, soffit, and gutters. This also pushed up the shingles (and broke them loose from the **** and would also require new paint. I was not upset. They said they would fix it. Never happened.I had brought some roofers out to give some estimates. They let me know that the shingles would never have a good bond again so they would most likely have to be replaced and it also might be difficult to ever bond to the *** again so they might have to replace that piece. Estimates were as high as $3k with a reroof being $5k to make sure everything matches and I'm not left with an odd discolored patch on my roof. Not to mention a repaint is needed so that the colors don't mismatch.They left and I was left to figure it out. Ghosted me. Now, as the homeowner and customer, I'm supposed to suffer from the inconvenience of handling a problem that you caused.After the work was completed, I noticed multiple issues with the concrete around their property: missed sections near the foundation, a cracked step just days after the pour, two more cracks that developed due to a lack of control joints, and imperfections in the concrete. I reached out to the company's representative, ****, who promised to come out by end of the day but never showed up.Prime Concrete LLC would rather ghost me and leave me with a mess instead of doing the right thing and making it right. I've been in contact with the city, my insurance company, and other local concrete contractors to overlook the project. A reputable and insured company should have the afterthought to be a ******* of good business, follow through with its promises, and ensure that all work is done correctly.Do yourself a favor and go with someone else if you're considering giving this company your business. They have no regard for their reputation or customer satisfaction and act without caution. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
